In Olivine, near the battle tower, there is a "Trainer tips" style board. If you go to it either from above or bellow, the game freezes.

Also, I fought a Sandshrew with Fly a while ago... -.-' xD

Found the Stone seller, and Moon Stone is free. I also found the Cyndiquil Egg, and the 3 trainers south of Goldenrod. Also, I headbutt'd a tree in Ecruteak, and a Level 74 Sandslash appeared, while my Pokemon were only in the 20's. Is this a glitch?

I must say though, I personally really like this game.

I love your hack, ah, and the Zane sprite, I don't like it, it appears to be made in Paint! xD I'm sure you could do better things, for example, Axel sprite is WONDERFUL!

hmm. those bugs i dont get apart from the permission errors which i have already fixed.. do you get them all the hacks you play? if so then it might be you. can anyone conferm the bugs?

yea the sprites could be better. everything could be better. but it is only a beta at the momment. the sprites will be redone.

I only ask this because I play through the pokemon games SLOOOOWLY. Don't know why, I just never usually play them for more than an hour at a time for some reason.
Anyways, good luck with the next beta. I'll be making a playthrough btw.. so hopefully you'll get to visually see some errors/bugs found in beta 1.

Found a bug! *I feel so cool* - If you only have one pokemon and you enter a two-person battle, your pokemon will show up twice and be able to attack twice (although it will only gain experience once)

Oh wait, I've got something. After beating Morty, the old man outside the building that leads to Tin Tower gave me an egg and thanked me for saving the city. I don't think I've done anything of the sort, unless gracing them with my presence was so great for them.

Another glitch I found was that I tried to headbutt a tree in Ilex Forest. I pulled out my ball, the pokemon came out in that flashy animation, and then nothing happened. no tree shaking or wild pokemon. I couldn't press any buttons either.
Also I'm sure you've heard about the issues with TMs, I hope that they are going to be fully functional in the update/next beta, I want my quilava to learn headbutt/ my poliwrath to learn ice punch :).
Is there any particular reason why the dancing place in the 4th gym town looks very different to the one in GSC/SG? Just asking.

Apart from that, this hack is the best I have ever seen, the music is my favourite part :D. Keep it up!!!

that animation bug happened to me once beofre. i tried again and it was fine so i cant fix it. sorry :(. the tm learning has been done very lightly as it takes a VERY long time to do.

well i found a pretty nice glitch and its a spoiler so im not going to try to explain the event.

Despite having changed the save type to 128k and such, I cannot save. Therefore, my journey ends at the E4. I already reported bugs to Zeikku, but now I shall give some suggestions I find pertinent...

Regarding gyms:
Falkner is okay, but he could have some other guy. A Skarmony would rock.
Bugsy had an interesting Scyther. Effective on competetive play, but I dunno, it was kinda easy to beat it in-game. Also, think about adding an Heracross, to counter Geodudes ;)
Whitney needs at least her Clefairy back, no? Or a Chansey... :p
Morty was just too easy. More levels to him, NAO! :P
Chuck had a Poliwrath and a Machop? If you're going to change his pokes, at least make it a Machamp! Keep the Primeape though...
Jasmine: Not much you can do regarding steels. Maybe add one or two other steel pokes? (Scizor? Aggron? Metagross?)
Pryce: pure awesomeness. 'Nuff said
Claire was okay. I was expecting more from a dragon user. Maybe a Garchomp and a Flygon in there?

If it is not too hard to change pokemons from trainers, have a normal LC version and a LC version in which the gym leaders all have these changes. It'd make the game a LOT more challenging. Hell, if you could have all gym leaders have 6 pokes, that'd so freaking rock!

Also, you can return to Aqua's hideout right after the accident. That's not good. The pokemon you can catch there is too powerful for you to be able to take it to the E4...

The new rival's pokemons are too weak. Umbreon is okay, Porygon is acceptable (more if evolved to Porygon2), but Murkrow? Give him an Altaria if need be! =p

Amazing story variation in there, btw.

Let me see what more... hmm... I think that is all, aside from bugs of course.

in magony town i went upstairs in the pokecenter and saw a random sprite of the male character i pressed a to it and the screen went black
im not sure whether it is only in mahogany or not but the last time i had pressed shift f1 was in front of sudowoodo :[

I found a few more bugs/oddities, these ones are around the Lake of Rage.

1) The first trainer on the path heading to the lake from Mahogany has a Sandshrew that knows Fly. Someone posted this before, but I don't remember if they said the specific trainer.

2) The Fishing Guru is a bug catcher instead of a fisher.

3) If you talk to Lance before battling/catching the Red Gyrados, he shows up at the sign again and says exactly the same stuff after you're done.

4) You can't get on or off your bike by the lake. You can get on it at route 43, but you can't get off when you're by the lake. If you walk to the lake, you can't get on it from there.

You can't use "pure" black as in ones that are 0000 as a hex pallette on sprites on pokemon, they're an invisible color. But, I'll try and change those berry trees tomorrow, if I'm not going out. I'll do Axels new sprite tomorrow too.
This isn't going to be in the Fixed patch btw, I'm working on a standard beta patch, I'm actually just experimenting on Beta 2 tiles I made. But look forward to it eventually ;)


@ Poddish, That would change GSC...a bit, because viridian forest was cut down in the original, but I have an idea for Mew.. a very good one in fact.

About the pure black, it's not a pure black what I'm talking about, but there is really a too dark black in there. i'm sure you will know which is, just compare your blaks pallete with the one in the official games.
