What is Pokémon MMO 3D ?​

Pokémon MMO 3D is online multiplayer video game where you can play with your friends in real-time battles.


Play with people from all around the world
Discover a real-time combat system by controlling your Pokémon with a third person camera.
You can play with a team of players to progress fastly and fight bosses together.
Talk with the community to know spots of your favorite pokémons.

New concept, new mechanics
We added new stats for the real-time battle system, hp regeneration, energy (like mana), cooldown for attacks. Pokémons have 2 list of attacks, the learned attacks and the active attacks.
Choose at anytime the list of attacks you want to use during battle with a maximum of 6.
We decided to put 6 attacks and not 4 like official games, because in real-time battle it's really better to create original mechanics.

About the real-time battles, we removed the PPs and added energy, in addition there are 2 regeneration stats, so a total of 3 new stats were added.

Here you can see a perfect Houndoom named "HellDog", it's a full 31 (x9), it evolved at the level 40, it can't be traded (because it's a give admin, we protect our eco-system 😉).
It's a pokémon with a default size 1.000 and it was caught in a pokéball.

Pokémon MMO 3D, A long story​

The game is born in April 2015 with a single player mode on Kongreate with the name "Planet Pokémon".

After few months, we asked on Twitter what could be the name of this original fan game.
People has chose "Pokémon MMO 3D" so we renamed it as they wish.

The 18th november 2015 a first multiplayer version was released, people was very happy to test is pre-alpha but there was no save. Players joined the game to get fun and waited for a save and more content.
The 16th May 2016, the save feature was added with a lot of fixes and better graphics. Players were so happy to play in a Pokémon game on PC with real-time battlers. As a small joke the female character "May" was added this month.

The 10th August 2016, the network was improved, now the game was able to host 200 players. As the update name suggested "New horizons" the game restarted on a fresh version very stable after many patchs which purposes were to fix a lot of bugs. But the update added literally a new axis because now players could fly with their pokémons.

Over the time the game became very awesome with a lot of features like a list of unique variants of pokémons, boss, more species and a bigger maps, friendlist, collection of skins, events etc.
Developers like a lot easter eggs so they added secretly a new giant feature, a new region. Players didn't know they only had access to 50% of the map until the secret was revealed.
The 31th March 2020, a change, a very big change was announced, something like nobody could imagine. Developers deciced to change their game engine. For people didn't know what is a game engine, if something to magane graphics, physics and all main features to create a video game.
A long wait then made itself felt. Changing the game engine is like recreate everything from scratch.
But with determination, hope and a community that supports the project, the most "epic" update came true !
The game was export to the Unreal Engine from Epic Games the 28th January 2022 always with a troll feeling, in the same time of Pokémon Arceus. It was literally a new game with an update "Unreal Rebirth" to reference of the new game engine. Graphics became incredible, most features were readded, some were removed and a lot of new systems were implemented. A trailer was made to prepare people for this change.
After 7 years of development, the game continues to evolves and grows, the roadmap is managed by the wishes of the community. If you like Pokémon, ask your wishes to us and we will try to make it comes true.

About the game​

How to start ?
You start at Pallet Town to choose your first pokémon in the Oak Lab, don't forget to take the 5 first balls on the table close of the scientist. After that, you are free to catch all available pokémons in game.

Non-player characters give you quests to increase your trainer level, the happiness of your pokémons and your wallet.

Something useful will be to teach you how work our mini-map:

• A triangle is a pokémon
• A circle is a human
• Red is for what you own
• Blue is for what other players own
• Green is for artificial intelligences

How to be the very best ?
Catching new species give you trainer experience, and your trainer level increase your catch rate & money rewards ( you get money by fighting wild pokémons ).
As admin, we saw a big difference between beginners and pro-players, talk with the community to know the best combination of moves per species, the community is awesome to help.

Multiplayer
It's an online multiplayer game so it's possible you find other trainers on your way.
You can fight them if you activate the PVP with your trainer card.

Create fights with 2,3 or with not 10 teams of players, the PVP system haven't limits !

Dynamic Environment
There are currently 4 days in-game per real day, graphics are totally different during day or night.

Unique content
We added a new concept with Pokémons, it's "variants", similar to the official shiny system, we have a lot of variantion of pokémons with different colorations.

In addition, all pokémons have a different size, some of them can be very small or big but it's extremely rare

Events
Events are often the opportunity to get special things like giant pokemons, special stats, catch legendaries, double Xp, better chances to get Mew and more.

The game is regularly updated with its launcher.
Features were added progressivly, for example, chat, trade, map, region, pokemon species, moves, skins, items etc.
We continue to add features over time, it depends of the asks and suggestions of our community and possibilities. 😅

Is there not a version for 32 bit windows :C ?

Hi, the game has last graphics technologies of 2022. I didn't try to release a 32 bits because the most part of our users were on 64bits, like the rest of the world. xD
But the mainly problem is the limitation of 32bits O.S they can't manage more than 4GB of RAM, the game could work a few but it will probably lag a lot so I didn't made it.
I hope you will be able to update your PC if you want to play at recent games with last technos.

Hi! So I downloaded it, registered and all. I hit enter server, it flashes the lab, or outside the lab, then takes me back to the enter server screen. I have been hoping and trying to play the game since yesterday xD I even uninstalled an reinstalled the game! Perhaps it just doesn't like me Dx
