1: Yes, it's because of the limit on characters.

I've got some progress on Oreburgh; the buildings took forever to input..
IDK if you'd appreciate it, but is it worth showing? I got one section out of three done. Would you guys like to see it?

I had no pals left, so I did the "cheaty" way of getting extra pal slots. Anyway, I'll show Oreburgh's current progress as well.
