It's an early spring day. Spring has sprung, sun has risen, The crisp air against you. You finally got use to being a beginner trainer. It's been one whole year since you started. You just got home from participating in your first league/festival from either the Indigo League, Hoenn League, Johto League, Sinnoh League, Orange Island League, Isshu League or from Pokemon Grand Festivals. You didn't become champ but you got so close for your first time around. You're in your hometown, and decided to relax. You are wondering where you going to go now. You decided turned on your tv while petting your starter Pokemon, channel surfing til a special news report came on.
''It is officiallly announced that the Almia region now has a Pokemon and Contest League! With 5 Newly fresh Gyms in Shiver Campsite, Haruba Village, Vientown, Pueltown, and Boyleland, We will be waiting for new challengers, The Almia League Championships will also take place in the small village of Chicole Village! It's exciting folks! Also calling Pokemon Co'Ordinators! Pokemon Contest will take place in the following towns of Almia: Shiver Campsite, Haruba Village, Puels Town and Chicole Village. The Grand Festival will take place in Vientown! All trainers, you must have the 5 badges and 5 ribbons to enter the Grand Festival or Pokemon League!! It will be hard! It will be exciting! Are you up for the challenge?"

-Details: Cam was bred to be particularly beautiful, and it came out well. Instead of the common Cyndaquil family coloration, she has blue eyes, black fur on her back, and violet flames. She's been with Damon for three years, and he's just about the only person who can touch her without her bursting into flames and running away. This can be problematic when it comes to contests, but she generally holds back her skittishness to make her Damon proud. She's not at all the leader of the team; she's more the nurturer. Cam is allowed to stay out of her ball most of the time, except for when the situation gets too stressful for her.

He'll behave for contests, and he'll obey Damon's orders, but he's somewhat arrogant and always assumes he knows the answer to everything. Damon doesn't use him much in battle for this reason. If he doesn't like the order Damon gives he'll do what he thinks is best instead, even if it isn't really best.

-Details: Emerald is the tough girl of the team. She's not very affectionate openly, and she's quite dominating. When Damon isn't around to give direction, therefore, she does. Secretly, she has the slightest crush on Monstro, more of a love hate thing

-Details: Kirlia is a very feminine Pokemon. She keeps herself clean and well groomed, and is an incredible flirt. Both the males on her team and others aren't safe from her soft giggles and eyelash batting. This causes a few spats between she and Emerald, because Emerald has Monstro marked down as hers whether he knows it or not. Besides all of this, Kirlia is actually very intelligent. She remembers things quite well, down to the detail.

-Details: Domino is is somewhat like the male version of Cam. He's shy, reserved, and very sweet. The entire team looks at him like a little brother figure and tries to take care of him as such. Damon tries not to use him much, because of his cute appeal. He's mostly just a contest Pokemon.

-Moveset: Bite, Howl, Thunder Wave, Discharge
-Details: Saffron was bred to be different from other members of his species, like Cam was. When Damon saw him he just had to have him, and he did. As it turned out Saffron wasn't particularly good at contests, so he's Damon's reserve for Cool and Tough classes, and he's the first Pokemon Damon calls on when he needs a battler. Saffron is tenacious, and has a heavy pack mentality. In his mind, his teammates are his packmates and he'll fight to the death for them. Damon can't call him out alone, because if he does Saffron will howl as though they're missing and in need of a way to find their way back, like wolves will.

Looks: Damon is of a medium height, standing at five feet and eleven inches. He has no qualms about his stature, quite content to be as tall as he is. His physique is not particularly impressive, as he does not take up residence inside a gym. However, due to the fact that he has chosen a lifestyle that is somewhat physically demanding, he is at least somewhat toned. The healthy diet he chooses for himself contributes as well. He keeps his dark chocolate hair fairly long, six inches past the lowest point of his shoulder blades. When wet it has slight wave to it, but most of the time it lies straight and tame in the ponytail he usually restrains it in. His skin is fairly tanned from the time he spends in the sun, though it never gets all that dark before it burns. His eyes are a dark hazel color. When he's particularly happy or stressed, shoots of green and blue appear among the hazel. His wardrobe consists of button-down collared shirts when he's feeling formal, t-shirts of various colors and logos when he's not, and blue jeans. In any case he hates to tuck in his shirt, as he feels that is a practice belonging to the posh and the elderly. Shoes are not a top priority, so he elects to wear anything that isn't atrocious and that offers fair comfort. The pair he most commonly wears are dark grey tennis shoes with black soles.

City and Region: Floaroma, Sinnoh

Backround: Damon was born in Floaroma. Growing up there with his mother left him with a respect for nature and the beauty of natural fauna. His father had left them before he was born, shortly after his conception, so he did not know about his son's existence. Though Damon did feel a void in his life where a father figure ought to be, he thrived nevertheless, growing quickly and healthily. His mother worked as an engineer and repairwoman in the Valley Windworks, which paid well.

In his studies he did not excel, though he didn't exactly struggle either. An introduction to books and reading at a young age allowed him to begin consuming tomes about various subjects at a fair rate. At eleven he discovered his interest in the myth and legend surrounding Pokemon. He borrowed, bought, and sold books on the subject, filling his head with details about everything from the possibility of creatures shaped like letters to Mew, alleged to possess the DNA of every living Pokemon. The interest led him to decide he wanted to become a contest coordinator and see all kinds of Pokemon, lovingly bred to have certain traits that are particularly desirable in that species. This overrode his original desire to be a Pokemon researcher, and when he told his mother of his new aspiration she thought he was just going through a phase and would soon switch back to wanting to do what he had spoken about ceaselessly since he was old enough to speak.

When Damon was ten, his mother got a call from the mayor of Celadon, who explained that extensive building was going to be attempted over the course of the next several years, and he wanted her expertise in working out how to make the buildings as strong and efficient as possible. Damon did not want to move, for he loved the natural surroundings of Floaroma. But his mother was enticed by the higher salary, so Damon went with her if not happily, quietly.

Adjusting to life in the big city was not something that came easy for Damon. The constant noise kept him awake at night, and the more aggressive children caused him to draw into himself somewhat. As a result of all of this his grades began to suffer, but he stabilized himself quickly, not wanting to allow this relocation to ruin his future. To make up for uprooting her son, his mother bought him books on contests, coordinating, and Pokemon breeding, and even took him to spectate in all the contests she could. By this time she had realized that he was set on becoming a coordinator, and she supported him as readily as she had when she thought he wanted to be a researcher.

For Damon's fifteenth birthday his mother gave him two presents that meant more than anything to him: a formal outfit for Pokemon contests, and her blessing to begin weaving his future. She bought him a bag and filled it with all the things he would need, and helped him to pick out a Pokemon from a nearby breeder. Though he originally desired something fluffy, like a Vulpix, he looked past it to a small female Cyndaquil. She was shy, but she seemed like she could use someone who would take care of her, and Damon couldn't help but notice just how silky soft her coat was. She would make a wonderful contest Pokemon. He chose her, and took her home to begin training her for contests. After a few months with her he decided to name her Cam. And after two years, he decided that she was old enough, and they were ready.

Damon began traveling through Kanto to contest halls, training along the way and capturing other Pokemon. After a year he had proven that he had potential in contests, but in the final round of the last contest his Pokemon slipped and he lost the contest. Beaten, but not broken he returned to his hometown to rest. That was when he heard of the Almia League. Interested, he decided to pursue it and see what would happen.

Backround: Brendan was raised by his father who was a trainer in the Viridian City Gym who was owned by Gary/Blue at that time, over the years he grew he grew more adventurous since his father was always at the gym, on one occasion he went to the wild grass with no Pokemon and was attacked by Poliwhirl! Brendan lured the Pokemon into a trap after running away from it and caught his first Pokemon. After losing in the Indigo Plateau Brendan flicked through the channels until he found out about the Almia region and set off to his journey to become the Pokemon master and champion.​

Starter Pokemon:

Gypsy is a somewhat timid, Modest-natured Eevee, now a Glaceon. Greatly lacking in self-confidence, Gypsy only battles to defend Beth, preferring to work out with her trainer for exercise instead. She is capable of beautiful ice-type moves, but her anxiety keeps her from sharing the stage with Beth's other Pokemon.

Pokemon with you:

Chalky and Boomer, the shiny female Nidoran and male Nidoran. While formidable contestant entrants on their own, their best routines are performed together. The Hasty-natured Chalky can be somewhat of an attention hog and hard to manage, but the Jolly-natured Boomer takes it in stride.

Picidilly, or just Dilly, the Chatot. His playful, Impish nature is well-received by spectators of all ages. Dilly can mimic human speech and other Pokemon cries, but has no understanding of what the words actually mean.

Type: Co-ordinator.

City and Region: Snowpoint, Sinnoh.

Looks: Beth stands at about 5'2 with a strong frame. Her shoulder-length reddish-brown hair is usually pulled back into a no-frills ponytail. Freckles dot the bridge of her nose and her smile is wide and sincere. She has very pale, almost grey eyes and dresses casual and approachable day-to-day, with faded jeans and tie-dye Grateful Dead shirts. For contests, she prefers to wear her hair down with short, flowy summer dresses in bright colors.

Backround: Beth was raised in a snug, stable household in Sandgem, with her parents and an older sister she looked up to very much. When Beth was ready to begin high school, her sister graduated and wished to move to Snowpoint to begin a study program there for a teaching degree. The family, not having oodles of money, relocated to Snowpoint so they could remain together and support each other.

Beth was initially upset, and resented her sister for causing the uprooting. She was even more devastated when her beloved Eevee, Gypsy, whom she was counting on evolving with a Water stone into Vaporeon, evolved on the way home from the market defending her from a wild Snover. But the neighborhood kids, usually bored to tears due to the blinding snow keeping them shut in most of the year, were excited to see a new Pokemon, and were so fond of Gypsy that they would stop by the Litell household to ask to pet her.

Realizing the lack of activity for youth in Snowpoint, Beth began to channel her negative energy and frustration into something good - alongside the school, she helped to organize after-school Pokemon playgroups for the elementary school kids. Often, Gypsy would be the center of attention, but in the evenings, she would become cold and distant with Beth. During one session, she became overwhelmed and pricked Beth with her icy, needle-like fur. Beth then realized that Gypsy, though beautiful, was socially anxious and preferred to stay out of the spotlight. The two reconciled, and Beth agreed to bring her other Pokemon, Chalky and Boomer, to entertain the children.

After seeing the two outgoing Pokemon improvise their own comedy routine, Beth began training them for theatrics. She sought-out by mail a Chatot for trade, knowing the kids would love his ability to mimic speech. Soon, the demand for Beth's unconventional routines grew so high that she would tour surrounding cities on her school breaks, entertaining children with a comedic Romeo-and-Juliet type routine from Chalky and Boomer and meet-and-greets with Picadilly. Gypsy, always faithful but removed from the spotlight, watches from backstage, waiting for the day she can muster up the courage...

Beth is deeply committed to her Pokemon and making others smile. On-stage, she commands her Pokemon with great love and skill. Off-stage, though, it sometimes appears as if Chalky, Boomer and Picadilly command her. She can be somewhat of a pushover due to her eagerness to please, and can be blinded to the feelings of others when success is at stake. Now, the Almia League is calling her team - a chance to shine for her Pokemon. The five set off one bright morning on a bus out of the frosty hills of Snowpoint to the dock where her ride to the Almia league awaits...

"Come Charmader let's go!" Brendan ordered as he was pulling his starter Pokemon's tail to let go from the door. The other Pokemon were fine with going to the new Almia region it was just Charmander.

Charmader resisted so much that they missed the ferry to go to the Almia region, "Oh come on!" Brendan said as he saw the ferry leave with the other trainers already there taunting him. When Brendan went home he scolded at his Charmander for missing the ferry and returned it to the Pokeball. Brendan quickly rushed to his computer to see the next ferry going to the Almia region, it was tomorrow in the early morning "YES!" Brendan laughed as he couldn't believe his luck and jotted down the on his notepad the company name D.S free ferry trips.

Brendan fell on his bed exhausted from the day and fell asleep pretty quickly.

Beth squared her shoulders and straightened her back, practicing her confident look with each new passenger that boarded the bus. She wondered if it was working; she had never left the Sinnoh region with her family before, let alone by herself.

The bus was quiet and fairly empty as they left the Snowpoint region, so she released her Pokemon. Chalky and Boomer were grooming each other one last time, and Gypsy had trapped the unwilling Chatot under her paws and was preening his feathers much to his resistance while Beth studied the map of the Almia region. The frost on the windows melted and gave way to a bright, warm Spring morning; Beth wondered if she had overpacked for the weather.

The closer they got to the ferry, the more crowded the bus became, so she returned her Pokemon to their Pokeballs, all except for Gypsy, who fit comfortably on her lap, although heavy. The bus ground to a halt and the passengers exited in an excited mass of people and Pokemon, all struggling to be first to get in line for the free and very popular ferry to Almia.

Beth struggled to politely make her way through the crowd, but the mass was too excited to take notice; she was in danger of being crushed in the excitement. In a panic, Gypsy let out a loud howl and attempted to perform Hail, instead filling the morning sky with a cloud of frozen glitter that rose, hovered in the air, and gently began to fall, the crowd having stopped pushing and staring in quiet amazement.

Beth quietly congratulated Gypsy and used the opportunity to make her way safely to the front of the line for the ferry.

''Ok Flygon! You can land!'' Ang ordered to her majestic Flygon. It was late in the at night around 8:30 pm. The warm air brushed against he and Flygon. Ang left around 7:30 from LaRousse to get to the Almia region. She refused to take a Ferry or such because she loved riding her Flygon. She had already known where the Almia Region is due to her grandparents living their.

Flygon's wings flapped down creating a whirl of dust around them. We landed close to the pier. I stretched my lean arms in the sky, embracing the green woods around me. I looked up, seeing a meteor that looked like the move ''Draco Meteor''. It may be a move but I wished on it.
''I wish my adventure will be great'' I thought as I put my sleeping bag down. I piled up a pile of woods. After, I took out each of my poke'balls and enlarged them between the velvet of my fingerless gloves. ''Come on out!'' I cried as Combusken, Roserade, Absol, appeared.

''Combusken! Ember at the pile of wood!''I asked and it created a fire. I went in my sleeping bag and watched as my pokemon layed down around me, slowly drifting into a rest.

Darius was always a happy kid. He never really had much trouble getting in touch with pokemon either. But more than anything, he pitied Dark Pokemon. They were recently discovered but he always found the ones he saw so unhappy. He had decided from a young age to train them, in hopes to maybe see some happy ones. When he had first been given and Eevee as a young boy, he had trained it at night so he may duel with dark types. Eevee evolved into Umbreon after several months of this. He had no idea they could do that and saw it as a sign from a higher power he was suppose to train dark types. So he had taken up all of his time to train and catch them. He had only caught a Murkrow, but loved them both dearly.

He had went out on an adventure, knowing it was the only way he would ever learn about pokemon. As he travled, he came upon a Houndoom. A very vicious pokemon so he had heard. This one was especially nasty. He had been hit by a tree that had fallen for whatever reason. Even though he had fought the whole way. Him and his pokemon had gotten him to a pokemon center. When he arrived, it seemed he was in a serious condition. The nurse had to sedate him just to wrap bandages. When she had returned him to Darius, he told her the situation. But had stayed with him anyway. When a week went by, he was ready, and although he was still off about Darius, he had seen how well him and his pokemon had gotten together, and followed Darius, but any time he acknowledged so, he almost had gotten bitten. He had ended up catching the Houndoom, and they bonded very easily, since Houndoom had already respected him, as he continued, he had also found a Sneasle, which he had always wanted and caught with ease due to Houndooms type advantage.

He was asked to partake in the gym challenge by a friend. He agreed and started taking on the challenge, he was not going to do it in Johto to start though, he had went to Hoeen. He had done well, catching a Cacnea (Now Cacturne) as well as a Sableye. Those two had grown very close to him. His total dark team was surprising, but people tended to like him battling. When he had reached the pokemon league, he did well. He had breezed through the first part, but had made it barely against a few others. On his last battle, against another powerful trainer, he had the best experience in the leauge at that moment.

His Cacnea was his last pokemon, and the opponent was on his last as well, a Roserade in fact. The battle was hard, and just as Cacnea looked as though he was going to lose, he had evolved into Cacturne. With that, he had used his newly acquired drain punch and knocked the opponent out cold. He had won the league and was very happy. Then, he was asked to become a gym leader in this other region, and agreed excitedly. He now waits at the gym to challenge the new generation of pokemon trainers and see if they can surpass the old as they always do.​

Danny had a pretty normal life. He wanted to have pokemon so bad, and his parents knew this, so they had decided to let him learn in the trainers' school. There, they had a surprise visit from a pokemon professor. He told them about all of the amazing pokemon out there and it only made him even more excited to go. He had trained very hard at the school and did failry well. He was not the best nor the worst. Though they said he could have great potential had he tried hard enough.

When he had turned 10 he had finally gotten his first pokemon, which he had to go to another city to get it. So he had went to Petalburg City to meet up with the Professor. He was the last one who was scheduled to get a pokemon and had actually gotten a Treecko. Fortunatly they had gotten along quite well. So he had then decided to go to Sinnoh, kind of as a warm up for Hoenn. So when he got there, he was bombarded with new pokemon he had never seen before. But he liked all of these new experiences. The first pokemon he had caught was a Bronzor. It would come to be one of his most reliable. He had caught a few other pokemon, a Skourpi, a Hippopotas, a Drifloon, and a Croagunk. A few had evolved into their next stages.

He had only done seven gym battles, all which he had tried very hard for, but when he went to Sunnyshore Gym, he had managed to get it without battle. He found the whole situation very disrespectful. Even so, he left for the final competition. He had to give up his Toxicroak to someone who could train it better than he could. So he had no fifth. But someone had given him an egg and he had managed to have it hatch before the competition. It was an Aipom! He had gotten to the first three on three battle of that competition, but had lost to who ended up being the winner of the entire league.

So as he returned to Foretree, everyone was proud of him, and told him he would be just fine, all he had to do was train harder. So he had decided to go to this new Region his father was talking about. He had left all of his pokemon there besides his Aipom and his Grovyle. Aipom needed to be trained properly, so he had made it his business to take it with him. But when he left his Bronzong with his dad, he had caught up with Danny somehow and Danny had to let him come. Before he left petalburg, a Zubat was causing trouble with this girl. Why it was there he was not sure, but after giving it a good smack, he had decided to catch it. Now it is part of his team and he waits for a good chance to use it. He has also heard about contests, and although he had never been in one before, he thought he might as well try it out.

He tumbled to the ground and Quilava leaped off his shoulder to protect from further harm. By the time Logan got up the bus to the ferry was driving away. "Wait!! HEY!!" It was to late. " I know! Crobat, use fly and then use air cutter to warn the driver!" Crobat zoomed off but was not nearly fast enough and soon circle around and came back to Logan. "looks like we are walking!" He said as Quilava got back on his shoulder. And off he went on his way to the fairy.

"Quagsire that beach looks like a good place to stop for now." I had finally arrived in Almia,but I had no clue where. As Quagsire walked onto land I got off Quagsire. "Alright everyone come out." I threw the other 5 pokeballs I had and my Steelix, Magmortar, Murkrow, Arbok, and Magnezone all came out. "Alright guys we are camping here tonight." As we all settled down to rest, I hopped up real quick noticing smoke rising from the forest. Our rest was short but everyone returned except Murkrow that perched happily on my left should and Quagsire. So we headed out to investigate the smoke.​

 

[Digital Wings]

Bethany's heart raced as she neared the islands of Almia. The ferry ride had only taken a few hours, but it felt like an eternity. Chalky, Boomer and Dilly shook their Pokeballs furiously; they were as anxious as she was.

"Wanna take a look, Gypsy?" Beth hoisted the Glaceon up to chest height and allowed it to rest its paws on the boat's edge, and the two of them looked out on the vast seascape together. The furious chatter of the other passengers had quieted down as all stared in awe.

Suddenly, Beth felt Gypsy's fur bristle into cold, sharp quills. She knew Pokemon had a sixth sense of sorts, so she scanned the horizon for any signs of danger. Beyond the gleaming buildings of Port Almia she saw a plume of weak smoke, drifting faintly into the hazy sky.

She watched it carefully as she disembarked the ferry, barely acknowledging the pushy salespeople with flyers welcoming her as she took her first steps through the city. Releasing the rest of her Pokemon, they stood before the sprawling port city, of gleaming mirrored buildings and fluttering strings of flags.

"First things first, guys," she said matter-of-factly, pulling her hair into a fresh ponytail. "We'll grab some supplies for the road."

Gypsy scowled and stood firmly in place.

"And then we'll check out the smoke. Promise." Reluctantly, she followed at Beth's heels. Dilly swooped overhead in figure eights, stretching his wings. Beth scooped up the two Nidorans and placed one on either shoulder, starting off toward the Pokemart.

A bell rang overhead as Beth opened the door cautiously and peered inside. She nearly fainted when an eccentric old man burst forth from behind the counter, dancing and waving flyers.

"WELCOME to the islands of Almia, trainer!" he sang. He squatted down to come face-to-face with Gypsy, quickly rose and danced about Bethany to get a good look at Chalky and Boomer, and grabbed Dilly's tail to pull him close. Dilly squawked, his eyes bulging in shock, feathers flying. "Hmm, these are some fine Pokemon you've got here, young lady! How about some Carbos for those bright, happy eyes! I've got just the thing for this Glaceon's coat -- hmm, let's see.. now where could it be..." He dug behind the counter, items flying every which way.

Beth and Gypsy exchanged nervous glances. "Um, no thank you sir, we just wanted some basic supplies -- we're camping tonight."

The shopkeeper's eye gleamed with delight. "Ohhhh. Why didn't you say so?! What you want is the Contest Coordinator's Pro-Pack. A little light first-aid -- Potion, Antidote -- but the real treasure is this dry shampoo. Absorbs the oil and dirt from their coat without water -- just brush it off and they're contest-ready! P9800, please."

Bethany removed her wallet and began to count out the cash when a loud CRASH startled her. A rock had flown through the window, landing with a clatter on the counter. The shopkeeper groaned. "Oh no... not again! Quick trainer, ready your Pokemon! This guy's fast!" A shadow momentarily blocked out the sunlight streaming in through the window. Gypsy sprung forward, fur on end, and growled, ready to pounce. They all waited with baited breath for the shadow to make a sudden movement.

Then, quick as a blur, a Zigzagoon pounced from the window, snatched the Pro-pack from the counter, and leapt back through the window. Silence permeated the room.

"That thieving --- OOOH!" the old man stomped in frustration. "That's the third one this week! They're everywhere!" He buried his face in his hands.

Beth, feeling awkward, began to slowly back out of the shop. "It's okay... um... keep the money. I hope you have a better day." No reply from the despondent old man, so she left her money on the counter and exited the shop. As soon as she pulled the door shut behind her, though, she saw it; the Zigagoon was bounding toward the forest at the city limits!

"There he goes! Come on, guys! He's getting away!" Beth readied a Pokeball as the five sprinted off at top-speed after the Zigzagoon, into the forest where the smoke was originating from...

As Kevin, Murkrow, and Quagsire headed towards the smoke that was rising in the sky, there was a sudden rustling in the bushes beside them. Then all of a sudden a Zigzagoon burst through the bushes with some item in its mouth with the price tag still on it. "Murkrow would you kindly take care of that Zigzagoon so we can return that item." As Murkrow was taking care of the Zigzagoon a girl burst through the same spot the Zigzagoon had come from. "Who are you?" Kevin asked.

Nickname: Jirakee
Gender: Female
History: Jirakee was Michi's starter Pokémon from her Mother. Jirakee was a very stubborn Pokémon, right from the start. She would never obey any of Michi's commands. On that very same day, a storm struck that night and the forest caught on fire. Michi was worried about Jirakee since she hadn't returned home. Only when Michi spotted Jirakee frighten behind a tree, was she able to convince her to help put out the fire. Jirakee listen to only that one command, but still was stubborn for the entire blaze. When Michi saw a nearby tree about to collapse on top of Jirakee, Michi dove and saved the Totodile from being hurt. Jirakee was touched by this and has listen to Michi ever since. She is known to always be Michi's star battler.

He still held his loyalty towards his old trainer. Dragon even ran off in search of her. When Dragon found his old trainer, he was hurt to see that he had been replaced by the Vulpix. Dragon's old trainer only acknowledged him by a simply saying how better the Vulpix was in battles. Dragon became so angry that he began to use rage. Michi was able to calm down the angry Charmander and won his loyalty. Dragon, now a full grown Charizard, now has a great hatred towards Vulpix and Ninetails.

History: When Michi and Jirakee were traveling through a forest, they had found an injured Pichu. Michi was shocked to find that it had unusual blue cheeks. The group was surrounded by a pack of Mightyena and they escaped in time. They later learned that the Pichu's family was being attacked by the Mightyena because of territory. With Michi's and Jirakee's help, they were able to help the Pikachu Clan get rid of the Mightyena and have their territory at peace. Pichu didn't want Michi to leave however and showed that she was able to speak human speech. She prefers to ride on Michi's shoulder, but will go into her Pokeball if she has to. She chooses not to evolve.

Gender: Male
History: Nemorio was found as a laid back Treecko who always thought he was the best Pokémon out there. He showed himself to Michi after stealing some of her contest ribbons and badges. Dragon set off and found the Treecko's hiding spot, challenging him to a battle. After the battle, Nemorio settled an agreement and gave the things he stole back, but in their place put a twig in his mouth. Dragon and Nemorio still have disagreements to this day.

Nickname: Alterio
Gender: Male
History: Alterio was shunned from his Eevee clan in a forest at an early age. He happened to run into Michi and Jirakee one day, but ran away in pure terror. The two followed him finding him to be a very weak Pokemon. Michi was able to coax him with the help of Sparkle and he began to trust her a lot more. After speaking with Sparkle, she reported why Alterio was such a frighten Pokemon after being thrown away from his family. Michi felt sorry for the young Pokemon and decided to offer him a place on her team. He was the happiest Eevee to find someone who cared from him and quickly agreed. Alterio has come a long way from what he used to be, even evolving. He likes to stay close to Michi by being out of his Pokeball, but he will return to his Pokeball if he is forced to despite his dislike from being away from his Trainer. They traveled back once to forest where he was born and had to protect the Eevee Clan he used to live in. He gained their trust after rescuing them, but decided not to stay and protect them like Michi told him. He knew his heart belonged with her.

Nickname: Arturo
Gender: Male
History: Michi met Arturo when she was him head butting a large boulder. This puzzled Michi and she couldn't get him to leave the boulder. She later saw him jumping off a cliff like a Bagon and head butted the same boulder. However, at one point Arturo measured wrong and landed on the ground, fainted. Michi rushed to his side, but Arturo recovered quickly and head butted her. Arturo was small, but had a lot of spirit. This made Michi just want to have him, but she stayed cleared of his way. Arturo was glad to have her to leave, but suddenly felt disappointed with no one around and began following her. Only then when Michi notice her stalker did she capture Arturo who was stronger than he was when they first met.

Looks:She is 5'3 and weighs 115 pounds, but is skinny. She is light skinned with cerulean eyes. She wears blue glasses, but later swaps them out for contacts. She has long flowing black hair that she likes to tie back in a ponytail or pigtail. She wears a blue top with a yellow stripe in the middle and shorts. Along with white running shoes. During contests, she wears her hair down, a white top and a blue skirt. She wears white short heels to match it.She carries a sky blue drawstring backpack around and inside this she carries her pokéball, items, and things. She also has a special pouch just for berries. Since she doesn't keep her hair down, it is likely seen going straight back, tied with a white elastic band. When she's at a beach or having a break at a spot to swim, she wears a blue bikini top with flower printing.

Background: Michiko dreams of becoming the best Pokémon Coordinator ever. Though her other dream was to be the best Trainer ever. She is from Cerulean City. Her mother used to run the Cerulean Gym when she was younger. That sparked her interest in water pokemon. She watched her mother's Pokémon battles, but was inspired by some of the trainers' ways of dodging attacks by using their own Pokémon's attacks. When she later asked how they did that one trainer told her that they had also been a Pokémon Coordinator. Michi questioned the trainer for almost the whole night. She later decided that she wanted to be a Coordinator. Her inspiration for becoming a Trainer is heavily based upon her father's old dreams. She wants to become like him and one day be able to beat him in battle.

History: Ryu was Archie's first Pokemon. He and ARchie first met when he had been injured severly, his flame nearly out. Archie took him to a Pokemon Center and he stayed over night to heal. Ryu awoke feeling better, but was very furious to be inside, so he broke out. Unfortunately, he was captured by Team Rocket and put into a shock cage. Archieappeared to rescue him, but was electrocuted in the process. Ryu was astonished to see Archie keep taking the many hits and began to ram the cage. He was finally able to break free and showed his blazing tail to Archie. Together they defeated Team Rocket and Ryu trusted Archie, wanting to even become his pokemon. He was very shy and could hardly control his fire attacks, even flaming Archie a couple times. However, when Archie became in dangered by a rampaging Steelix, he was able to use and control his Flamethrower. Ryu was happy because of this and the move became his favorite attack. Later in gym battle, Ryu was up against the last pokemon and was close to the end. He didn't give up and decided to evolve. He chooses not to evolve into Charizard. Archie uses him in battles for times of need.

Gender: Male
History: Sparky and Archie first met when Ryu and him were traveling through the forest.Archie had just had a battle with his first Pikachu and he just had to have one. There he ran into the spunky Pichu who ultimatley loved food. Arcihe was able to lure the Pichu with food and capture him. Pichu was very angry at this and kept shocking his trainer many times for fun. However, Pichu soon saw how close Ryu and Archie were during battles and began to have a great love towards them. Somehow, Archie won Sparky's trust with food. When Sparky met Michiko's Pichu, Sparkle, he fell in love at first sight. Sparkle however, didn't show the feelings back. Sparky was hurt by this and would barely battle and Archie's battle was the exact day. It took Sparky to hear Sparkle's cry for him when he was in a bind by an Arbok for him to see her true feelings. Sparky was happy about this making himself evolve. Sparkle was happy for his win and the two still love each other. Sparky still keeps his hungry appetite and is one of Kenny's star battlers.

History: Helaku was heard always heard whimpering at night in a small cave known as whimpering cave. Because the cave was so huge, no one was ever sure where his whimpers where coming from. Archie arrived and heard the stories of how the cave whimpered for strange reasons. Pikachu was very excited for a new adventure that he ran off in search to solve the mystery. This lead Archie to were Helaku was tied up, weak and injured. Her fur was so dirty that she was black as the night. Archie nursed her back to health and Helaku decided to stay with Archie ever since. The sounds of a whispering cave later died down and its name was changed. Helaku was a very energetic baby Eevee, always wanting to battle. She learn her first attack, swift after playing around with Sparky. She later evolved during training and kept her eagerness for battling. She is very keen when it comes to battling. Helaku met Michiko's Umbreon, Alterio and was first stun by his colors. She saw how she had hurt Alterio's feelings and tried her best to make him feel better. The two later fell in love despite their Trainer's feelings. Helaku likes to follow her Trainer around, but will go into her Pokeball if necessary.

Gender: Female
History: Tails first met Archie after watching him train Helaku. She was amazed to see a trainer for the first time, but was scared to be caught. She later stole his hat for playfulness to get his attention. Archie became very angry at her and this hurt Tails's feelings dearly. She gave the hat back and ran away in fear. Being the shy pokemon she was, she followed Archie around even to the Wallace Cup when he went to see Michiko perform. That sparked Tails's interest in contest and she showed this to Archie and Michiko after the contest. Archie was amazed she had followed him for so long, and Michiko told him to capture her. Archie was very unsure since the fact Tails seemed to like contest rather than battles, but she changed this when she attacked him with Aqua Jet. Archie battled her with Pikachu and finally captured her after a long battle. Archie was still unsure if he made the right decision. Tails has shown her great courage many times over in battles to show she does have a love them as well. Though she some times get a bit too excited and will begin to fly using her tails. She did however get to participate in her real contest after Archie wanted to try a shot at Coordinating. After the contest, he decided to them only in free time.

History: Sarika was Achie's first capture. She has a bit of an ego and tends to help him go from town to town. She can easily hold her own battle and normally used during that battle rounds of a contest. She's the main source of Archie's transportaion and at times can have some arguments with Ryu.

Nickname: Tristian
History: Tristian was a very quiet Ralts as he didn't believe in himself after being an easy capture. With patience and a lot of love, he was able to evolve into Kiralia. However, the Pokemon felt ashamed of being a Kirlia and was happy to find a Shiny Stone and show it to his trainer, thus evolving before him. Tristian is prone to be the problem solver of the group, but is still a shy Pokemon. He is to put this aside when he or his family are in danger and when it comes to some furious battling. He sometimes is used for the appealed round, but is more of a battler in contests.

Looks:5'3 and weighs 118lbs. Light skinned with cerulean eyes. He has short cut black hair. He wears a blue sweat jacket with a white shirt underneath. With matching blue jeans and blue running shoes. His hat resembles the hat from Pokemn DP that the male game character wears, but is blue. He keeps a gold backpack where he holds everything that is essential. Along with a special sack he keeps his home made pokemon food.For when he sometimes feels in a contest mood he wears a black tuxedo with a black tie. He only wears it for the judging part. Once he makes it to the battling part he switches back to his day-to-day clothes. Removing his hat you can see his spiky hair that resembles Ash's.

City and Region-:Cerulean City, Kanto

Background: Archie dreams of becoming the greatest Pokemon Master. His childhood friend is Michiko, but the two grew distant when they both choose different paths. He is from Cerulean City, but was born in Pallet Town. He now has a change of heart towards contests, but still sticks with wanting to be a trainer. On the day he had the argument with Michiko, he met a wild Charmander that he noticed was injured. The Charmander was very stubborn to go with him even using flamethrower on him a couple of times. He then notice that the Charmander was really weak by how its flame on its tail was small. He came up with a plan and lead the Charmander to the Pokemon Center in town. The Charmander escaped later that night, fully recovered but furious for being tricked. It hadn't got far until it was trapped by Team Rocket. Archie awoke to the seirns that Team Rocket had been spotted. He rushed to the Pokemon Center to find the Charmander gone. He then set off to find Team Rocket. The Charmander was trapped in a cage, unable to break free. It spotted Archie and attempted again the burn him, but it was shocked by the cage. This hurt Archie to watched and he pulled on the cage taking some of the shock as well. The Charmander watched in pain as Archie went through the pain too. It then pulled enough strength to break free. Archie was surprised by this until the Charmander showed him its tail and smiled. The two battled Team Rocket, which showed how great they worked together. This Charmander later became known as his first Pokemon, Ryu. The two have traveled far and wide with Archie reaching the top 16 in his first go around in a Pokemon league. This time he wasnt to give contest and battles a shot to keep himself occupied.
