Pokemon Blue team suggestions.

Right well im playing pokemon blue again just for fun and would like some suggestions for my team. For this I wont be trading anything so only those in Blue.
Right well this is the team that I will be using, feel free to make some suggestions.

Blastoise:
Surf
Ice Beam
Body Slam
Toxic/Mega Punch

Raichu:
Thunderbolt
Thunder wave
Double Team
Agility/Seismic Toss

Sandslash:
Earthquake
Swords Dance
Slash
Substitute

Ninetails:
Flamethrower
Rest
Fire Blast
Confuse Ray

Hypno:
Psychic
Hypnosis
Dream Eater
Hyper Beam

Im not sure if I will use a 6th pokemon but i would like some suggestions.

[SIZE="a"]Hmm if it is for in-game then i guess it's quite good. =). Maybe you shouldn't have thought ninetails rest. But it's just my opinion. Cus i would give rest to bulky types. Why not change raichu to jolteon? It's much faster. =). But then again, i am an eeveelution fan. XD. Hmm maybe for ur sixth a tauros or chansey? I read a lot that tauros was the beast back then.[/SIZE]
