    I'm already in a league but I've got some extra time on my hands so I'm looking to start up a second one. I'd like to get around 10 or 12 people but 16 would be fine too. The draft will be based on a points system a lot like the GBA, a guy in my other league made his own system so if he's fine with it I'd like to use his but if not then we can just use the GBA's. Once the league is full we can start talking about a draft time and come up with the best time to do it that works for everybody. Draft order will be randomized and snake style so first pick in the first round will be last in the second etc and it is free-for-all meaning that you don't have to draft pokemon in order by tiers. Battles will be on showdown and Skype is the preferred means of communication, it's easy to get and easy to use. We won't be doing video calls or anything just using the chat. You don't have to be the most competitive battler in the world just be as active as possible. Let me know if you're interested and if you've got any questions just ask me.     It's based on a points system. I'm gonna use the league I'm in now for an example. We have 6 tiers A1, A2, B, C, D and E. You draft one from each tier and two from B, your mega then you get 4 free picks and that's where the points come in. The points really only matter for your free picks, each tier is worth a different amount of points and depending on the tier of your mega you could get extra points say if you draft mega blastoise it's +40 but mega altaria is +0. It really balances things out and adds more strategy into drafting. A guy that gets an A1 mega doesn't have the advantage over a guy that gets a B mega because the B mega guy gets extra points and can draft an extra A1 tier pokemon because of that. It's really a lot simpler than I make it sound I just did a bad job of explaining it lol

    • So I am very interested in this but I've never done anything like it, didn't even know there were leagues for Pokemon! That being said, I would definitely be interested and would love learn more about it!

    You'll catch on quick it's a different ball game than regular play but it's not completely different. It's a lot of fun too you'll like it. But I'll send you a private message and we'll talk about everything if you're interested.

    Not anything that's set in stone. Banned pokemon and things like that I'd like to discuss with everybody instead of making the decision myself and I'm making the draft tiers as we speak so that'll be ready to go soon. Other than that I can't really think of anything else. If you're still interested then just send me a PM with your skype info and I'll add you ASAP, we'll discuss everything and I'll answer any questions you have.

    There's other ways to contact me but when you battle another person you'd need a way to contact him so you could talk about a good time to do it. Most people already have skype and it's organized which makes it easier to contact everybody that's why it's preferred. You don't have to get it though we'll figure out another way to get ahold of you if that's how you want to do it.
