Wow. Aliens and demons in pokemon. Nice idea and i dont think that this has been done before so +1 for originality.
Your story is a little flimsy though. Apart from alien pokes taking Acacia, we don't know much else apart from region names, evil team name and possible pokemon types? You need something linking all this together thats going to make sense because so far you got:
Our Nameless heros house gets ruined by alien pokemon who just took one of the professors. A bunch of random people think it was aliens, so they get locked up for being crazy. Oak gets scared of being locked up to, so goes into hiding. But before he goes he gives the nameless hero a alien poke he just happened to catch?
Nameless hero defeats the Kanto League and then finds out the champ is missing and booom an alien dratini brusts in and is battled and then decides to join our hero? Then some how our nameless hero goes to the aziro region beats that league as well, then beats team alloy. Then goes to a 3rd region where theres a freakin demon realm where he can challenge demons and save the world from demons?
Let me take a minute for this to sink in... Okay thats one crazy layout. If you can come up with a story that links all that together ill play it.

Retyped and redesigned? Um... hate to rain on your parade, but that's exactly what Deltas/Alolan forms pretty much are. You're just giving it a different name.
The whole point of magikarp having crappy stats relates to origin story.
"After the intro, you go through and defeat the Kanto League, but once you reach the Champion, nobody's there. An Alien Dratini then crashes down. After you defeat it, it joins your party or goes to your box. You then travel to the Aziro Region to find some rarer Pokemon, and defeat the Aziro League. Once you defeat the evil team of the Aziro Region -- Team Alloy -- you travel to the Teyal Region and enter the Demon Realm. You challenge demons, and defeat them to save the world, and bring the light back to the Teyal Region. You can then do the aftergame of the Teyal Cup, or the Alien Rally!"
