Pokemon Game with pokemon running around?

I want to do a game with pokemin actually running around for the GBA i can easily do this so u can actually catch pokemon in the open instead of doing it walking through grass but i want your descions would you play this game?

You might want to take a good look around Emulation where I believe something like this is a lot more suitable. Otherwise, it'd be wise to put more effort in finding the right section next time. ):
