Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2 Questions

O.K, so within 3 days, I have completed the game up to the return of Manaphy, but I thought there'd be more story, so here are my questions.
1. Can I EVER evlove the 2 Pokemon I started the game with?
2. Can I ever make it so that I could make any Pokemon (Ex. Cherrim) the LEADER 24/7 and be able to go to Treasure Town and sleep in Sharpedo Bluff like in the first PMD?
3. Where can I find Darkrai?
4.Is there more story after the return of Manaphy?
2. I see team raider on the Beach. How do I get them to go somewhereelse or visit the guild or maybe battle me?

1. Yes. Recruit Palkia
2. No
3. You need the Secret Slab/Mystery Part in your bag. The lowest floors are Crevice Cave B2F and Miracle Sea B3F
4. After Manaphy returns, he'll introduce you the Marine Rescort, then that's it.
5. They are just decos. So far, they've done nothing to my game.

I couldn't evolve my starters until I got Palkia AND Dialga.

1. Yes. You need to have beaten Palkia and Dialga. I don't think you need to necessarily recruit them.

2. No, unfortunately not. You can only make them the leader in dungeons.

3. A lot of places. You must have the mystery part/secret slab in your item bag. The most easy to reach place is B3F of Miracle Sea. If you defeat it in one place, it goes to another random place between the few places it can alternate, so be sure to save.

4. The only thing left is unlocking the Marine Resort. Then it's the end of the story.

5. You can't. Unfortunately, they stay there all the time
