Levina was born into a powerful family known for their strength in combat. Since she was able to walk, her father, a Jolteon, started training her. He instilled on her the importance of her family's reputation and that any type of weakness was unacceptable. Her father would go as far as to punish her for crying or whining about her training, making the next day's training that much harder. She learned quickly to hide her feelings and emotions to become a ruthless killer. By the time she was 10 years old, Levina was able to kill some Pokemon who were 3 times her elder; despite her very petite frame.
By her 15th birthday, Levina applied at the Heroes Alliance School to follow her father's wishes of gaining honor for the family. The type of combat that was taught at the school didn't suit Levina's preferred method of fighting and she was put on probation, by the end of her second week there, for almost killing another student. This infuriated her father and he swiftly punished her for her disobedience. His actions greatly confused Levina since she was using the skills he taught her. She didn't understand why she was being punished. Questioning her father's actions was out of reason for Levina as she quietly endured her punishment.
Once she was allowed back at the school, Levina started sneaking into the advance classes, when it came to training, to test her abilities and to be able to fight how she likes. To her surprise she lost every fight that she got into. Her small, Eevee body just didn't have the power to stand up to Pokemon like Rhydon and Tyranitar. This enraged Levina to no end. She knew she had to get stronger and that she had to gain more power, but how?
There were many rumors that floated around the students of H.A.S but one in particular caught Levina's attention. It was rumored that the school had a room full of evolution stones that where presented to elite, unevolved, students at graduation. Levina knew she had to find out more about the rumor and knew exactly who to ask. One of the underclassman, a Rattata name Aston, was claiming to be the king of all gossip. If anyone knew anything it would be him.
One day Levina managed to corner the Rattata and forced him to spill all the information he had about the stone room. He told her that the room was in the "attic" portion of the school and that only high ranking staff members had clearance to open the door. This didn't faze Levina as she had a "special" friend who could help her. After getting everything she needed from Aston, Levina made sure the Rattata couldn't "rat" her out and swiftly disposed of his body.
Shortly after, Levina came up with a plan to get her friend Lorina, a Ditto, to transform into the superintendent of the school and gain access to the stone room. Upon walking into the room there where rows and rows of stones in every shape and color. Levina couldn't believe her eyes as she walked through the aisles. Fire Stones, Water Stones, Leaf Stones, Moon Stones, Dawn Stones, etc. You name it, they had it. In the far corner of the room was what Levina was looking for. A shelf full of Thunderstones that gleamed in the light as she approached it. She knew she had the opportunity to evolve into other forms but the thought of being able to control electricity, and electrocute others at will, just suited her personality better.
Without hesitation, Levina touched one of the stones. Her body glowed as she evolved into a strong and powerful Jolteon. She instantly felt faster and stronger, the power of lightning now bestowed into her body. Levina wanted to see just how powerful she had become and turned on Lorina. Levina released a powerful Thunderbolt that shocked the poor Ditto until her limp body lay smoldering. Unfortunately Levina wasn't used to her power as she lost control of the Thunderbolt, knocking down a few rows of stones. The ruckus of the event drew attention from the other staff members who quickly arrived at the scene.
Levina was immediately expelled from H.A.S and was sentence to life in prison for the ruthless murder of Aston and Lorina. There Levina learned how to be even crueler and became a Pokemon the other prisoners didn't mess with. During this time her family abandoned her, disowned her, and erased every trace that they had of her. Leaving their daughter to rot in prison for the rest of her life. Just after her twenty third birthday, news of the attacking Silver Tribe reached the prison. This rallied the prisoners into attacking the guards and taking over the prison. Many died during the scuffle but Levina managed to escape during the chaos. The only thing on her mind was revenge. Revenge on her family for abandoning her and revenge on all H.A.S students and all Gold Tribe members for expelling her and sending her to prison.
