    Blacksprite continues to develop the game with more improvements to the battle system and finally the ability to get your first Pokemon
    its more complex than you think.

    • fixed a bug that was annoying me and would have annoyed everyone else had you guys been playing.
    due to the vast amount of data being;
    1.loaded everytime a player logged on
    2.created " " " signed up
    3.deleted " " " was deleted
    4.cleared " " " logged off
    5.saved"""
    etc
    caused a small nonresponse time in the server mainly due to the pkmn storage system
    easy fixed with this line of code
    "DoEvents"
    so i guess it wasnt a hard bug to fix but im glad i did it none the less

    im now working on map elements like weateher surfing etc

    Yeah, this is not so good, but what about change attacks...?
    And what about an evee as a starter?

    EDIT: Yo, I´m trying to read the whole thread (came to page 23^^), and I noticed that a lot of people (me too ; )) asked about starters. I thought about it and came to the idea: there are 150/151 Pokémon, BUT there will be no legendarys (I think) and no evolutions, and without these there are not so much left. And there are 28 starters, so think about it...^^ (I WANT MY ABRA TO START XD)

    • There are 30 starters now i thought a round number was better
    its true u can prob narrow it down take out the legendaries and the evolutions doesn't leave you with much but what i will say is that each Pokemon although may be the same will vary in personality and stats giving a unique Pokemon.

    • Why are there so many starters? 30? Isn't that kinda..a little too much? Unless of course there are hundreds of players at once. Then it makes sense. Otherwise I think it's overkill for newbies.

    Also, can you list them? lol.

    On a strange side note-
    Can I post another thread about my game? I posted it before but the thread died fairly fast. I've improved it a lot and I was hoping I could post it again. Is that ok?

    • Wouldn't that lead to people "soft resetting" to get the starter they want if hey don't like the current trio? I would just put all 30 out there. Other wise it's a waste.

    • BlackSprite wil prob make it so it deletes any accounts that logs out (or x or any other way) that doesn't have a pokemon.
    So no soft resetting, or instead of delete kick the account for a day.
