Hey! So i decided on a whim to make a game that basically consists of a compilation of regions from the games put together with you as Red, except the gameplay is ultimately harder and more challenging! For now, let's call it Pokemon Renewed.


What I'm Using to Make My Game: RMXP with Pokemon Essentials v. 15.1 by Maruno

Plot/Backstory: Basically it follows true-to-the-game plot with a little tie-in here and there from the Origins movie. Once you get beyond Kanto think of it as if you were showing up before any of the other protagonists in the follow-up games since, well, you technically are in the case of the "Pokemon Timeline." However, there are some spots in which, for the sake of gameplay, you're following the GSC plot (i.e. Team Rocket taking over Radio Tower, etc.). Consider it as if you were going to see Red's Pokemon adventure all the way through; and you didn't just stop after becoming Kanto champion and hang out at Mt. Silver for the rest of your life.

Features (as of right now):

Revamped learnsets (for obvious reasons below)
A Gameplay that takes you all the way from level 1 - 100 without any grinding (makes the end-of-region battles that much more epic, imo)
Luka SJ's Elite Battle System (this I just put in, so I'm still testing and working out any kinks)
An autorun toggle from HG/SS by FL (I believe)
Access to at least 1 copy of all regional Pokemon per region (for all you completionists, don't worry, there are wild Eevee)
A fun and more challenging AI team at every encounter!
A level/team reset between regions to avoid having to go beyond level 100

Unova - TBD

wow this is pretty good. Theres a few games like this but none have reached beyond Kanto yet. Hope a playable demo/beta comes soon.

This looks pretty awesome! I love the idea of a multi-region game. How many Pokemon will be in the game, and will there be fakemon added?

- There will not be fakemon
- However many are accessible in Essentials, that's how many will be in the game. So I think that's 650+ (?) something like that

Yeah you're right it's a little hard to make out through screenshots but if you were to look at the map as a whole it's not too bad!

hey abzero. Great game you got here. I have seen quite a few videos of gym battles in this game that you did. I'm just curious how far into the game does this demo/beta go? 4 gyms? 8 gyms? Kanto?

oh and when it says resets team does that mean that it puts your team to level 5? or does it wipe your team and start you off with a new pokemon?

also i tried extracting the file with winrar and it said it needs test.002 which could be why it wasnt working and just crashing xD
