Starting :
Prof Oak doing a introduction about Pokemon and ask you what's your gender and name and starts off your journey having a Dream.
Dream :
Starting on Hoenn Region <Little Root Town > , playing with sister and suddenly , a wild Salamence appeared and carried you all the way to Kanto Region < Pallet Town> and the Pokemon Champion Red happens to fly by (with Charizard) and uses Pikachu to finish the Salamence and save you . After that, you awoke from your dream.
Still having Bad Dreams ? Prof Oak asked , and said
that it is time you went for your Pokemon Journey and let you choose Charmander , Squirtle or Bulbasaur and after you have chosen your Partner , Prof Oak gave you to the Advance Pokedex and tells you to find Red at the Indigo Plateu .
(There would be a obstacle to prevent you from going into Virdian Forest)
and just as you are about to enter the Indigo Platue Entrance , a mystery pokemon trainer pops out and sees that you have a Pokedex and challenges you to a Pokemon Battle . He will be your Rival and will be using Pokemon that have Advantage over you .
After winning , he'll tell you that he is Blue's brother , also Prof.Oak's Grandson and tells you that no one messes with him and he heads to the Indigo Platue to watch his Brother's Battle against Red .
and blah blah blah....
Team Rocket are back and with Giovani's son , who chooses the left over starter pokemon . Team Rocket are now trying to capture Mew 2 and finally captures it and soon defeated the Pokemon Champion Red and Blue . (Giovani's son was suppose to win back the title of the 8th Gym Leader )
Giovani's son doesn't seems to like such behaviour and decided to join you and Blue's brother against the battle with Team Rocket .( Before fighting the Team Rocket's Boss , a Legendary Pokemon Trainer will be giving you a TM according to Starter pokemon you choose , Blast Burn , Hydro Cannon or Frenzy Plant )
After winning , Giovani's son disappeared and you have to collect finish the remaining badges which is Blue's Earth Badge . After winning Blue's badge , Blue said that you have amazed him but his brother amazed him even more . (Apparently , Blue said that he lost because he couldn't use his actual Pokemon Team because they were injured due to the fight against Team Rocket)
After clearing the Victory Road , you'll be up against the Elite Four (Lorelei , Bruno , Agatha and Lance) and it'll appears that only 4 Pokemon Trainer who pass through the Elite Four . In the first match , you'll be up against Giovanni's son while Blue's brother will be up against the Jhoto Champion but it seems that it was a easy fight victory for Blue's brother and you'll face Blue in the Final .
After that , you'll be able to fight Red at Mount Violet and Giovani's son decided to go Jhoto for a visit as he heard about his dad's whereabout is at Jhoto .
After winning Blue , Norman (Hoenn's fifth gym) will pops out and brings you to Hoenn as he heard about you from the news for being the the Champion .
At off you go to Hoenn through S.S ANNE and from there , you'll have to find your memories of the Past and up against you cousin at the Pokemon League of Hoenn . Your Cousin seems to have pokemon like Blaziken , Swampert and Secptile and have a well-balanced team . Also , Team Disaster is back ..it is a evil organization merged by Team Magma and Team Aqua , and has a new leader ...not Maxie or Archie...
