The University and Gang quest where completed. Also, i have not been able to find the person to deliver de MooMoo Shake so far.

Hello! Since you have already done the University Quest, you now need to talk to four people in a specific order, (the fourth one is inside the building):
You sound like you have already
    Spoiler:

The MooMoo shake guy is in South Artemisia (you are in Southwestern Artemisia currently)

ThanXs for the tip. I was going nuts talking to everyone in the game before i asked here. Back then i did manage to talk to 1 first but then i went to 3 after that. After retrying with 1 i didn't understand who he was referring at that moment. Also, thanxs for the comment regarding the MooMoo Shake. I was worry i missed something important there.

You are welcome. If there's anything else you need, feel free to ask.
Can I ask you to leave a review once you're done with the episode? Thanks!

BTW, you should take a look at the quick save option with the "T" keyboard. If you got more that one save file and you use this option to save in game, it will save on "File 1" replacing what you got there, even if you are playing with a different save file.

Ah yes, apologies, I thought it was mentioned in the manual...I just took a quick look and for some reason it isn't mentioned at all. Thanks for reporting it!

Hello again. I need a little help with one of those "hidden" side-quest.

I manage to obtain the Old Replica Shield that a man was asking for earlier in the game, when i first went to Northeastern Artemisia along time ago. Unfortunately, i couldn't find him again there so i decided to complete that later. However, on my way back to the Western section i bounce back at the entrance of Southwestern Artemisia with a comment that said that i have to give the shield to that man in Northeastern.

So, any hint to where i can find that man there?

Please save inside any interior before you update. Getting to south Artemisia once you've completed the "smelly package" mission will activate a sidequest immediately – this is normal if you have transitioned from a legacy version to the newest update. You won't be missing on any new content if you're still in the early parts of the game aside from the "Trial by Transistor" sidequest – you won't be able to access this quest if you have already gone through the Southeastern Checkpoint.

A new huge update has arrived!

The "Express" update introduces a wide variety of new features, quality of life improvements, and secrets!

    Immersive text!
The Courier will now use a variety of battle lines depending on progress.

    Night tiles!
Nights in the city are now more immersive thanks to dedicated night tilesets.

    Text skip!
You can now skip text by holding down "B" (X, or any assigned key), making subsequent playhthroughs or gameplay-focused playstyles easier.

    More healers and respawn points!
Reduced backtracking during both early and late game segments.

    Mission Notifications!
You will now be notified whenever you receive or complete a mission.

    Enhanced Visuals!
New visual effects for some maps and an updated NE tileset make the overall experience better.

    5 new quests:

    ~ Food Specialist (Mission)
A certain man is in need of a special tool. You look like the right man for the job. Again.

~ Swamp Terror (Part of Main Quest Progression)
Upon reaching Hermia, you are greeted by a pair of worried settlers. It seems that a group of explorers left the town some days ago to find a path to the north thorough the mountains. They haven't returned since.

    ~ Carpeted Love (Sidequest)
A soon-to-be wed couple is in dire need of inspiration for the perfect ceremonial carpet pattern. It so happens that you are one of the few travelers that have passed through Norella in recent memory. But in order to access the place where one such pattern can be found, you need to learn how to push heavy objects around. That's right, it's time to flex those muscles.

~ Up in Flames (Part of Main Quest Progression)
Oh no, a building is burning down! Where's the fire department? Nowhere of course – they've moved to the upper districts long, long ago. Sadly, your PDA is a gen1 model, and you can't do anything but ping the Branch and wait for help… only problem is, you're running low on time.

    ~ Trial by Transistor (Sidequest)
The Courier is not-so-kindly asked to use a chip in order to help a certain group access a computer located in the upper parts of the city. How will a tech-illiterate person deal with such a task? By going through a minigame of course.

...and much more! See changelog for full list.

Some excellent new content! Congrats on the latest update.

As always, thank you for your continued support!

Big news, we're happy to announce that the prequel to Postscriptum:Fated Epistle, "The First Journey" is out!

It's a complete game (6-8 hours) and will get its own thread soon, since it's mostly a standalone game, rather than a side episode. Although technically, it's episode 0.
It's diametrically different to PS:FE, as it is, give or take, a conventional game.
From a lore and story standpoint, however, TFJ doesn't solely aim to explain the few events that take place in PS:FE ...but to
    Spoiler:

This is, in a sense, "generation 0".

The game will get its own thread soon, but it'd be best if we gathered some feedback from PS' veteran players before that.
I'd ask you to reserve your reviews for the future, standalone thread, but please do not hesitate to DM your thoughts.

I really love your game. I'm not sure how this is only episode 3, but I've already spent 34+ hours playing. I'm not sure why this is not more popular, but I've still loving the story you're telling through this game. Thanks for your hard work!

Thanks a lot for your kind words, we really appreciate it! You can check out the prequel which now has its own thread. Speaking of which:

The Prequel to Postscriptum:Fated Epistle now has its own thread! Following a much more conventional design approach, while focusing on the story and the writing, PS: The First Journey is the perfect entry point for those who couldn't get in terms with the wacky design choices in the main game, yet still want to experience the PS flavor. The prequel is 6-8 hours long, is complete and standalone, and is filled to the brim with lore and explanations for the events that follow almost 60 years later. From a lore and story standpoint, however, TFJ doesn't solely aim to explain the few events that take place in PS:FE ...but to also reveal snippets of truth hidden in the lore behind the main series games.

    Here is the thread:

Budew can't be healed in the North-Eastern parts of the city . However , when the moment will come to "fix" Budew , you'll likely notice it
