    Is there any way to get a qwilfish in crystal pretty early in the game? at least before the elite four. Because you get super rod in kanto....

    • Sorry, it looks like you're out of luck. Bulbapedia says that the only places you can get a Qwilfish are Route 32 with super rod or on route 12. So there is no way to get one before the elite four.
