update:

-got the pokewatch from the man in jubilife
-had some trouble but beat my rival. starly gave some problems being resistant to my grass attacks, i had to resort to tackles so it took awhile. chimchar lost to a nature power that turned out to be earthquake
-trained for a while in the dungeon before oreburg city
-currently at oreburg city getting ready to find the gym leader

no you don't have to, its up to you, i was just making a point, like it says in the first post, useless pokemon (caterpie, unown, etc) and legendaries shouldn't be given out

Okay I'll start this after I get some sleep I didn't expect such a swift response.

Bad news.. I finally got to the 4th gym and managed to beat Flannery (after two tries) before my file got corrupted :/ You have no idea how crushed I was :( I cannot bring myself to do it again so I'm dropping out of the Hoenn part of the challenge.

So, from now onwards I'll be starting the Sinnoh one ;) First update should be in the next few days.

^ In that case, I'd like to change my mono-ice run to a 5th gen run using fully evolved 'mons of any type. Actually wait, ignore that.

Also, it seems that 5th gen is not included in the National dex on their program. (it always shows Altaria, Garchomp, Salamence, Flygon, Dragonite and Kingdra for dragon types)

Can I be put on the champions list because I finished my challenge a while ago and was never put on the list. Here's a clone of my last update.

I defeated the Pokemon League. Sidney and Phoebe were really easy but Glacia and Drake were really hard to beat. Steven was super hard to beat but I was lucky because I OHKOed his Metagross with my Ninetails critical hit Flamethrower. Solrock and Zangoose were also vital in my win. I have now finished the main game.
