  • Just so you know, we need to see the EVs and natures of your Pokemon, not just their stats. :/

    Anyway:

Despite the fact that Seismitoad's stats are balanced, its special movepool is better than its physical one. Seismitoad's current stats also don't match up with its moves. I believe this set would be good enough?:
    -Rain Dance
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Earth Power
    -Sludge Wave/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 96 HP/252 SAtk/160 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Damp Rock
    Ability: Swift Swim

Also, Seismitoad is outclassed by Kingdra as a Swift Swim sweeper because the latter has higher offenses and Speed:
    -Rain Dance
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Draco Meteor
    -Surf/Dragon Pulse/Ice Beam
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 28 HP/252 SAtk/228 Spe
    Item: Damp Rock/Life Orb
    Ability: Swift Swim

Hyper Beam-style moves are generally frowned down upon competitively because of their recharge turns. Also, Emboar seriously needs more coverage, since Fire + Normal don't cut it:
    -Flare Blitz
    -Superpower
    -Wild Charge
    -Head Smash/Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 128 HP/252 Atk/128 Spe
    Item: Choice Band

Generally, Emboar is outclassed by Infernape because the latter is faster and has a wider move pool:
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Close Combat
    -Grass Knot/U-turn
    -Mach Punch/Stone Edge
    Nature: Hasty/Naive
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

While Simisage is fast, its defenses are poor and its offenses are average at best. IMO, Ferrothorn would be a good replacement for its bulk and support:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave/Protect
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

If you can go to the Dream World, get a Dragonite with the Multiscale ability, since that's the ability that makes it so good in OU. Also, moves like Fly/Dig/Dive are easy to avoid; the opponent can just switch in something to take the attack the next turn:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Fire Punch
    -Earthquake/ExtremeSpeed/Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Fire Punch
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/44 Atk/212 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Ability: Multiscale

Let's face it; Lunatone sucks. Seriously. Because of its somewhat average stats. Reuniclus is a better alternative because of its bulk and higher Special Attack:
    -Calm Mind
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Focus Blast
    -Recover
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard

    or
    -Trick Room
    -Psychic/Psyshock
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 192 HP/64 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard
