Hmm, I know very little about Ru/Sa Pokemon, but here are some suggestions.

Aggron: Replace Hyper Beam or Aerial Ace with Blizzard or Ice Beam to combat Ground, Aggron's worst enemy.

Blaziken: Hmm, not sure, but you ought to replace one of your fire moves with a fighting one (not sure if Sky Uppercut is flying or fighting....) to take adavantage of Blaziken's fighting type STAB.

Salamence: Get rid of Dragon Breath. Dragon Claw is slightly more powerful, and since Salamence is a Dragon, and is decently speedy, Paralyzing the enemy isn't as necessary as with other Pokemon. Replace with a fire move to combat Ice.

    Hope that helps somewhat.

Blaziken[adament]-rock slide, earthquake, bulk up/overheat, aerial ace
Att Sweeper do ur best to take down everthing in sight, overheat i for those tight spots but he really isn't a SpAtt pokemon\

Salamence[adament]-dragon dance, rest, brick brake, earthquake@chesto berry
The best way to use this guy if u ask me.If u get enough dragon dances then u can sweep everthing including ice which will fall to a brick break^_^, not to mention u are almost[ALMOST] garanteed the first hit.

If you're online battling, EV can be adjusted so don't worry too much about it.
(Note: I'm kinda expecting unlimited TMs as if it's online battling)

    Aggron [atk +/spatt -] @ leftovers {Rock Head}
    EV: Atk and HP

    Double Edge
    Rock Slide
    Substitute
    Focus Punch

High def and slow speed... perfect for sub/focus punch combination attack.

    Metagross [atk +/spatt -] @ lum berry
    EV: Atk and Def

    Agility
    Meteor Mash
    Shadow Ball
    Explosion

Feel free to exchange explosion or agility with brick break or earthquake (if you have no explosion then it's quite recommanded to take rest?)

Banette [atk +/sp att -] @ Salac berry
    EV: Atk and Spd

Shadow Ball (BEST shadowball user in game so abuse it)
    Destiny Bond
    Return
    HP Bug

Salac berry will definitely allow you to sweep a lot more than you think. HP Bug for anti dark. Destiny Bond assures you to kill one Pokemon. You can't survive long enough for curse. Don't use sp.att and physical attack so save up EVs.

Blaziken [atk +/sp att -] @ salac berry
    EV: Atk and Spd
    Aerial Ace
    Brick Break/reversal
    Overheat
    Swords Dance/endure

Ugh... Without any sp.att might as well use overheat. If you can survive a hit after using swords dance, didn't get any status and activates salac berry, have fun sweeping then (until you see Skarmory)

    Salamence [sp.att +/att -] @ leftovers
    EV: SpAtt and Spd
    Hydro Pump
    Dragon Claw
    Crunch/Rest
    Flamethrower

Enough physical sweepers... (you have 3 already) Make Salamence a special sweeper to help out. And don't cry at Hydro Pump just because it's not too accurate or low on PP... you won't need too many hits of it to take out the opponent. Plus you badly needed the water attack.

    Groudon [spd + / sp.att -] @ leftovers
    Ev: Spd and Att
    Swords Dance
    Earthquake
    Brick Break
    Return

Feel free to use rock slide somewhere there instead. Groudon's base atk is 150. His sp.att is 100. I know what stats I'm using. The spd plus is to help Groudon's only average speed. It's not like his atk pwr is not high enough especially with SD. However... since this team is in desperate help of sp.att... i suppose you can use him to special sweep but why not take Kyogre then (if we're using ubars)...

    Groudon [sp.att +/att -] @ leftovers
    EV: Sp.Att and Spd
    Solarbeam
    Flamethrower
    HP Ice/thunderbolt
    Dragon Claw/rest

If needed, take out dragon claw for rest for extra endurability. However without it then Kingdra will pawn you badly.

Major Error: WAY TOO MUCH physical sweepers... no electric attack is a bummer at all times.

    *points to the Tyranitar above*

You're splitting EVs which is just terrible... Tyrannitar should always just stick with physical sweeping, as there are better special sweepers. Plus EV trained everything is like no EV training. EV training involves dedicating yourself to just 2 stat categories and nothing else (to enhance the pokemon to the best of your ability)

    Excellent ^_^

EV distribution is quite easy to pick up... once you got the concept, most of the time you know right away that "EV MUST be this and this for this Pokemon". Now knowing that you are increasing attack, attack's stats are much higher than sp.att, making sp.att stats very weak in comparison to physical attacks. That's why you will pack only physical attacks on Tyrannitar now instead of having crunch or surf. The only possible special attack people put on Tyrannitar is perhaps Fire Blast, just to scorch Skarmory (and Fire Blast has enough power to do so even if there's lack of Sp.Att)

Tyrannitar learns dragon dance as egg move.

EQ, RS, BB and DD is the most usual standard Tyranitar out there at the moment. There are occassional ones with counter from FRLG move tutor, or taunt to stop status effect.

I've never understood why it's unheard of to distribute EVs to both Atk and Spc Atk. It gives them more variety when coming up against enemies with higher defences against either physical or special attacks.

So like, say your Seviper has 252 Spc Atk EVs, 252 Dfc and 6 Spd. You can load attacks like Crunch, Flamethrower etc on him to capitalize on it. But if you came up against a Blissey you'd be royaly owned if your primary physical attacker has already been defeated, or Seviper is your last remaining monster.

Sure, the remaining EVs not used to boost either attack stat can be used for defences, but surely it can't be that bad to have a universal attacker equiped for anything ready and waiting. Y'know?

I'm not necessarily recommending Tyranitar for this job, but hey.

Because if you have EV in both sp.atk and atk, then you're left witha defenseless Pokemon who can't get the first strike to finish off the opponent. Usually, it's speed + one of the attack for a sweeper. If you're naturally slow, then you won't have to put EV in speed but you'll be putting it usually into HP or some form of def so you'll live a turn (as you'll always be attacked first due to your slow speed).

if it's a must... i guess you should use rest with chesto berry attached then... that'll be a little better. Though I still think T-tars should have dragon dance...
