    ____________
    Flamethrower
    Thunder Punch
    Earthquake
    Rest

Keep Flamethrower and Thunderpunch since those are two of its best moves. Replace Dig with the much stronger Earthquake. For your fourth move, a Rest combined with a Mint Berry works well.

    ______________
    Charizard lv 71
    ______________
    Flamethrower
    Belly Drum/Swords Dance
    Rock Slide
    Earthquake

You don't need two Fire Pokemon on the same team. Typhlosion is better to train than Charizard because you can't have a good Charizard without breeding it or trading it from R/B/Y (where it can learn TMs not available in G/S/C). Anyways, a good Charizard has Belly Drum (a bred-on move), Rock Slide (breed or use a TM from RBY), and Earthquake. If you don't want to breed a new Charizard, trade this one back to your R/B/Y and teach it a Swords Dance TM.

    Mewtwo lv 71
    ______________
    Psychic
    Recover
    Reflect/Fire Blast/Blizzard/Thunder/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
    Fire Blast/Blizzard/Thunder/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam

You haven't trained this Mewtwo much, eh? Anyways, buy some TMs. Fire Blast is good against Steel types, but you already have 2 Fire Pokemon. Blizzard or Thunder are both powerful, or you can trade it back to R/B/Y for the more accurate Ice Beam and Thunderbolt.

You do need three other Pokemon for this to actually be a team. Try to make it balanced too. Don't put in Pokemon of the same types that you already have, like you did already.

No, don't. Why would you have a 60-power Flame Wheel, when you can have a 95-power Flamethrower?

So? That's totally not a good reason. Don't make your Pokemon bad by giving them bad moves.

What it does is take half your Charizard's HP, but in turn it maximizes Charizard's Atk stat, making it a complete terror, destroying everything in its path. Charizard, Marowak, and Machamp ruled in the GSC. At least, that is how I remember it.

Lol. I think you need some help.

Belly Drum cuts your HP in half to max out the Pokemon's Attack in battle. Its quite fun to use, especially with Charizard. :)

YoMama, that's exactly what shane said. ._.

In order to get Belly Drum on Charizard, you have to breed a female Charizard with a Male Snorlax that knows Belly Drum (it learns it at Lv. 22)
