    Typhlosion; Lvl 100
    Alakazam; Lvl 100
    Umbreon; Lvl 100
    Smeargle; Lvl 95
    Porygon 2; Lvl 93

    No one is going to rate your team until you at least add a moveset. Smeargle could be complete crap unless you gave it good moves, for instance. Post more info and then a proper evaluation can be done.
