When EV training, make all EVs divisible by 4.
I assume this is for Netbattle

    Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers/Petaya Berry
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 2 Atk / 2 Def / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 2 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Leaf Blade
    - Leech Seed
    - Substitute
    - Hidden Power Fire/Hidden Power Ice

Giving Sceptile random special attacks like Dragon Claw and Crunch is not good. Being a Grass type, Sceptile has trouble with Flying, Steel, Dragon, and other Grass types. Crunch and Dragon Claw don't do anything to solve that problem. You'll need a Hidden Power, either Fire for Steels and Grass or Ice for Flying, Grass, and Dragon.
Substitute + Leech Seed is also an important strategy for deterring special walls like Blissey.
Since you'll have Sub, there's no need for Lum Berry, so replace it with Leftovers to last longer or Petaya Berry for that extra boost before you go down.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 64 HP / 65 Def / 64 Spd / 252 SAtk / 65 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Ice Punch
    - Substitute/Destiny Bond/Giga Drain
    - Thunderbolt
    - Will-O-Wisp

Psychic should not be used on any Pokemon unless they get STAB from it. Substitute, Destiny Bond, even Giga Drain work better in its place.
Don't bother with the Defense EVs. Give Gengar 332 speed to outspeed Tyranitar after one Dragon Dance. Then put the rest into HP.

    Dugtrio (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Arena Trap
    EVs: 251 Atk / 215 Spd / 44 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Aerial Ace
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Bug]
    - Rock Slide

Standard set, but all Dugtrios need Choice Band.

    Swampert (M) @ Chesto Berry
    Trait: Torrent
    EVs: 65 HP / 252 Atk / 65 Def / 64 Spd / 64 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Bug]
    - Rest
    - Rock Slide

So you're going for physical sweeping Swampert, eh? Put in HP Bug instead of Flying. You'll need it for Celebi. I don't recommend Chesto Rest. Swampert needs that HP recovery from Leftovers in order to survive.
Don't max out Swampert's Attack. It needs a lot more Defense and HP, and it does not need any speed.

    Medicham (M) @ Choice Band
    Trait: Pure Power
    EVs: 2 HP / 252 Atk / 2 Def / 252 Spd / 2 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Brick Break
    - Fake Out
    - Rock Slide
    - Shadow Ball

Like Dugtrio, this is standard, but it need Choice Band. Also, suggesting Hi Jump Kick for that extra power

    Typhlosion (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 52 HP / 51 Atk / 51 Def / 52 Spd / 252 SAtk / 52 SDef
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast
    - Hidden Power [Grass]
    - Thunderpunch

Not a very great choice of Pokemon for your last one. You already have Gengar as your Special sweeper. Also, this team has almost no defense at all. I strongly suggest replacing Typhlosion for a special or physical wall.

In Team Builder, when you're in Expert mode, check the little box at the bottom that says "Snap". After that, all your EVs will be divisible by four.

  • They were all already checked at the start. Do you think Dusclops would be a good defensive Pokemon? I want to try to stay away from Metagross because it is overused.

Dusclops is overused as well, I'm afraid. You have Gengar on your team, so Dusclops would be redundant in terms of variety. I would place Skarmory over Typhlosion, since Typhy doesn't have much to do but pray for hax in the OU Metagame. You only need either Medicham OR Dugtrio, so place Snorlax, Regice, or Blissey over either of the two.
