Claydol isn't that fast and is quite vulnerae to Taunt. I'd change it to a faster lead like Ambipom or Persian to set up Sunny Day. They can also give you quick sun when you need it.

    ---
    (Arcanine) (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 110 HP/154 Atk/242 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Flare Blitz
    - Morning Sun
    - Toxic
    - Extremespeed
Nothing wrong here. Maybe replace Toxic with Sunny Day so Arcanine can continually restore it's health by 2/3.
    ---
    (Bellossom) (M) @ Heat Rock
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Sunny Day
    - Solarbeam
    - Synthesis
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
I'd use an Exxegutor as it's more powerful and I think a bit faster. Not sure though.
    ---
    (Tangrowth) (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 200 Atk/228 Spd/80 SAtk
    Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Power Whip
    - Earthquake
    - Leaf Storm
    - Sleep Powder
I'd switch out Leaf Storm to Rock Slide so that Moltres can't come in and start abusing your sun.
    ---
    Lapras (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Shell Armor
    EVs: 96 HP/160 SAtk/252 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
Good Pokemon. Can't see any flaws with it.
    ---
    (Shuckle) (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Gluttony
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/10 Spd
    Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Rest
    - Encore
    - Sunny Day
    - Stealth Rock
I've found that Shuckle does so much better in Sandstorm. Maybe throw in a supporting Rhyperior in place, but if Shuckle works for you, then ok.

Comments in Blue. Hope I helped! :)

You have nothing that can really set up and sweep that well. I'd change Tangrowth's EVs to 252 Atk / 212 Spe / 40 HP and use Swords Dance >> Leaf Storm. The extra HP EVs still give you a decent amount of bulk which is what Tangrowth really needs.

Thunder Fang >> Toxic on Arcanine. This allows you to scare Moltres away which can be a real pain to this team.

Use Earth Power/Shadow Ball >> Reflect on Claydol, so you aren't so taunt-weak. Claydol is also a big part of the Sunny Day, so I'd also go Rapid Spin >> boom, which helps Arcanine sweep better.

I don't know what Shuckle is doing here on this team. It seems like massive set-up fodder to me, plus you already have Stealth Rock on Claydol, so tht makes it even more useless. I'd suggest replacing it with something that can surprise your opponent or can also help setting up with Spikes or something. I'd recommend Bulk Up Hitmontop since it really helps with Arcanine's inability to hit Rock types.

Lapras is outclassed by Milotic, so you might want to change that. Milotic can really abuse the Restalk strategy if you want to go with that.

I'd change Bellossom to a Timid Nature so you can at least outrun neutral base 50 speed Pokemon when your sun runs out.

Other major weaknesses I see... not a lot. Maybe with a sharper eye could point those out.
