umm... i dont like commenting on support banners or something, coz its nothing very special. but 6/10

6/10. I like it but there is way too much text. I like to look at a banner without having to read like 6 tiny lines of text. I would juts have the banner the Slasher Blue under the image in fancy blue text.

Derozio's a hell of a banner maker, but I'd prefer some CSS to enhance it, say, a a thin black frame.. his work looks best like that.
Otherwise it's fine.

The right side is too overused, and most people don't use it well. :/

I don't like the faded out look you've used. Contrast would have allowed the signature to work much much better. The bright light just looks really ... shoddy. Nothing stands out as a result of that.
