For Sceptile: Leaf Blade, Swords Dance, Pursuit, Dragon Claw

Swords Dance to raise your atk, Pursuit for priority, Leaf Blade for STAB, and Dragon Claw to provide for more coverage. This set gets walled by Steel types, though. You could try Brick Break instead of Pursuit to give you Steel coverage.

For Garchomp: Earthquake, Swords Dance, Dragon Claw, Fire Fang

Earthquake and Dragon Claw for STAB, Swords Dance for atk-boosting, and Fire Fang to hit Ice or Steel types.

Charizard: Flamethrower, Air Slash, Dragon Pulse, Roost
Flamethrower is much better than Blast Burn. Moves that take a turn to charge are generally never used as that wasted turn could hurt you. Air Slash is alright, and get Dragon Pulse instead of Dragon Claw. Roost heals damage.

Salamence: Fly, Dragon Claw, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang
Fly is probably needed for in-game travel, so that's fine. Dragon Claw, good. Thunder Fang to hit Water Types that run Ice Beam, and Fire Fang for wider Super-Effective coverage, as well as to hit Ice and Steels.

Feraligatr: Ice Punch, Swords Dance, Superpower, Waterfall.
Again, Swords dance. Waterfall is STAB, and Ice Punch for dragons. Superpower is a decent move, although Earthquake is preferable, but since you're using Earthquake on Garchomp...

As far as a final pokemon, try a Special Attacker. you already have enough physical attackers already.
