if you ask me, none xD

i've been down that road, your best bet (if you're really wanting to try and tackle 3d gaming) is to study it a little bit then go from there ;)

3D Game Maker, but it's really not all that great.

If you want to learn to make 3D games, start by learning C++ or XNA or something.

Once you start learning that, practice by making 2D games first, then maybe in time you'll eventually come to be able to code 3D games.

Also learn to model, that would help when making a 3D game ;)
