It's free, and it's operated by a certain site that's more Pokemon TCG oriented, but still similar to PC. ;)

No real card graphics, unfortunately, since that's a copyright issue, but the real cards are in the database. :D You can even add custom cards and test how they'd play (as long as your opponent also has that card in their database, I think).

Cause if so i cant get, i cant download stuff, but if its on a site or something then whats the link?

You have to download it... but it's a very safe thing to download. The site that hosts it is legit.
