    Well it is EV'd and I believe it has good IVs because the guy that checks them in the battle tower says it has outstanding potential and he said the same thing to one of my flawless pokemon.

    I will trade you TM 15,19,25,26,31,35,47,52,53,and 68 for a shiny zangoose and a shiny tyrouge.Or if there is any other TMs you need. Or you can have any 6 just for zangoose :) Or laprases of various natures with egg moves anchient power and protect
