Steelix is one of the best walls around. Rhyperior has a 2.66 weakness to Water and Grass, two pretty common attack types. You really don't need another tank. Steelix does good.

Steelix plays the role of a defense wall and you don't have another defense wall with Rhyperior. And Steelix has a 200 Base Defense (0.0)

354 max HP + 548 max defense = wallage. Nothing OHKOs steelix on the physical front, not even a STABed CB critical hit EQ...well, I don't think so. Depends on the pokemon, but w/e. Doesn't matter. You can't afford to lose your physical wall, and steelix is one of the best, and makes a great exploder too, like forry.

Not unless you have a Leichi Berry Shuckle, it can OHKO, better believe it.

Is relaxed steelix w/ macho brace or iron ball still faster than shuckle? Meh, besides that cheap little shuckle, nothing not powered up with OHKO steelix with a physical attack, so keep it.

*Imagines a Shuckle with Gyroball and Macho Brace.*
    *Starts peeing in pants*

Iron Ball doesn't lower speed, it makes you attack last.
    Trick Shuckle shall prevail.

In other words, Steelix is better than Rhyperior

There's a start. Good 'ol physical infernape. U-turn and thunderpunch are also very very good options to consider.

Sandstorn is easy, rock types, and maybe steel & ground types as well, not sure though...TTar takes advantage of sandstorms best...1.5 special defense boost.

Well, for the Elite Four, the most important aspect is versatility, so you'll need to cover a large amount of types with only a few Pokemon.

Charizard (Obviously, since you requested him, and he's a good choice at that. He should be able to breeze through the first battle, and take care of Lucian's Bronzong.)
Torterra (A solid Grass type, and can breeze through your second battle. Earthquake comes in handy as well.)
Luxray (A very powerful Electric Pokemon, able to make short work of numerous enemies. Be sure to give him Crunch to take care of Ghosts or Psychics.)

That covers most of the important bases. The rest are mainly filler. They can come in handy, but you may want to mix a few Pokemon around.

Swampert (Meh, any water type will do, but Swampert can learn Earthquake, which is useful no matter who uses it. Whatever you choose, make sure it knows Ice Beam.)
Alakazam (A good Psychic user can be very helpful in tight spots. Make sure Alakazam doesn't get hit too hard, though.)
Heracross (A good fighter can also be pretty helpful. All you really need is Close Combat, but Megahorn can take out a few Psychics if you're lucky)

That's my recommended team. Feel free to change things around, however.
