Example

After the player made a convo. to the NPC in One island,
A certain person will appear in PALETTE TOWN

So eht script is tht and do I need to level script it?

First of all, I see you make a lot of questions, which is PERFECTLY fine. However, it could be good if you posted them on the simple question thread :)
As for your question, when you want a npc to be hidden, you need to have the flag in his person id set
For example, if I have an npc whose person id is 200, then if the flag 200 is set, he will be hidden
If I want him to show up, I clear the flag 200 with clearflag 0x200
