It took him almost nearly an hour to finally get on the outskirts of Pallet town, and run into the first small set of woods along his way. It was just short of dinner time as he finally got into the dense wild. For the most part the path to Viridian city would be a dirt path with tall grass on either side of the road. Every now and then along the path there, there was also a patch of woods, some were as small as a house and others were as big as probably Pallet town.

Ian had taken the train all the way from Viridian city, all the way to Pallet town. It took him roughly an hour to get there at a rate of roughly thirty-eight kilometers an hour. Should he travel on foot, he would reach Viridian city in ten hours. Ian was a really good at math, and for him that was something he could do in grade eight.

These were the kinds of things Ian thought about on the open road. His mind always wandered, thinking about many different things all at once. He didn't even pay attention to most noises, and he had probably just missed a few pokemon in the brush.

After nearly an hour of walking down the dirt path with his head in the clouds, Ian decided it might be a good idea to focus on the task at hand: pokemon. He didn't need any dinner since he had the burger a few hours earlier. He started walking into the taller grass along the right side of the grass. He hoped he wouldn't get too lost and make it to Viridian city still before everyone else so he could still keep the challenge going. "Just walk five hundred meters off the path, and then in a parallel direction of the path," Ian said to himself out loud.

Ian was greatful to have his jeans with him. The grass was nearly three feet tall in sections where there was large patches. It would have caused him to be really itchy on his legs had he worn shorts. It was hard to see most things in this tall grass, but when he finally reached a small area with little tall grass he noticed movement in the grass. Up ahead was something purple and short with a long tail. Ian quickly got low to the ground and pulled out his pokedex at the pokemon.

"Rattata, the rat pokemon. Cautious in the extreme, its hardy vitality lets it live in any kind of environment."

Ian quickly drew his pokeball with Slugma and threw it behind him "Go Slugma," he tried to say as quietly as possible. In a flash of light his pokemon appeared right behind him.

    "Slugma!" it cried.

"Shhh," Ian said, "Come over here Slugma." The pokemon came right beside Ian and starred out at the Rattata across the open dirt patch. "Okay Slugma, you ready for your first battle?"

    The pokemon nodded, "Ma!"

"Alright Slugma smog!" Ian shouted to his pokemon.

Slugma spewed forth a dark grimy cloud of dirt out of its mouth towards the rat pokemon. However, like the pokedex said, Rattata was a very cautious pokemon and saw the unatural smog coming up from behind. It quickly jumped out of the way because it was naturally a quick pokemon. It was ready to defend its territory. The two pokemon starred at eachother from across the field.

"Slugma use smog again!" Ian said.

Slugma once more breathed smog towards the Rattata and in return the Rattata began a charge towards Slugma. Rattata disappeared into the fog between it and Slugma. Ian thought the battle would be over, but was surprised to see Rattata emerge out the other side relatively unscathed. It had taken some endurance damage, but it had been smart to hold its breath through most of the smogged area; obviously it was a higher level pokemon. It tackled into slugma knocking Ian's pokemon back towards him, "Slugma," it yelled.

Rattata was still taking a breather from all the bad smog and the tackle it had just done when Ian made his next move.

"Come on Slugma, you can get through this! Do another smog attack!"

SLugma once more breathed out the smog towards the wild Rattata. However, before the cloud could be could hit Rattata, Rattata had complete recovered and decided to avoid the attack this time. It turned to move away from the tackle and using its speed, it kept just out of the smog cloud. While it did this it turned to rush quickly almost faster than Ian could see, around the fog and towards Slugma before it could see it. The quick attack landed right on Slugma and knocked it back to the ground.

Ian watched as Slugma was knocked back quite a bit. It looked in rough shape.

"Slugma! Are you alright?" Ian called out.

"Slugma!" Slugma yelled, as it shook off the blow and got ready for another move.

Ian decided to switch strategies. He was chasing a far faster pokemon. Instead he decided to get the pokemon caught up in one spot so he could use the smog attack. And to his surprise, Rattata started another attack towards Slugma.

"Slugma use yawn!" Ian shouted once more.

Slugma let out a loud yawn that even made Ian almost make the same sound. "Sluuuuggg!" Rattata had such large ears that it instantly heard the sound. As it heard this sound its eyes started to sag and soon it fell to the ground stopping in its tracks and falling asleep. Dirt and dust picked up in the air.

"Now finish it off with smog Slugma!" Ian said.

Slugma laid out another black grimy cloud towards the Rattata asleep on the ground. Unable to dodge it, it took a direct hit and began to breath it in while it was asleep. As the smog cleared the wild rat was lying on the ground unconcious. Slugma was victorious.

"Alright! Way to go Slugma!" Ian yelled, "We did it."

Ian debated for a moment if he wanted to capture the rat pokemon or not. His philosophy to collecting pokemon was to collect cool looking ones, in his opinion, and train them into as powerful pokemon as a Dragonite or Snorlax. So far he was unimpressed with the first evolution form of Rattata, so he pulled up his green pokedex and looked for information on Rattata. Once he found this out he began to look up evolution forms. The only one was a much fatter white rat than before and not at all cool looking in Ian's opinion.

Eventually he decided he might as well catch it since it was his first pokemon. Ian took out one of his spare pokeballs and expanded it. However, he had taken so much time deciding and looking up information on the pokedex that the Rattata had recovered and ran away.

"Darn it!" Ian said, "I am going to have to do this stuff before I battle pokemon next time. Great job Slugma," he continued, scratching the back of his pokemon and petting it.
Ian decided it might be a good idea to let Slugma rest after a successful battle in a nice grassy field and enjoy some pokemon food he had brought with him.

After a few minutes of searching he spotted a tree nearby with normal lawn grass growing around it. It looked to be a great place to rest and relax underneath the shade of a tree. He lay down against the tree, getting very comfortable with the nice shade and cool breeze. He deserved this too, he had been walking for quite a while himself.

Slugma was playing in the field, enjoying the nice grass and bright sun shinning down on his back. He came over to Ian to play around a few times, and each time Ian laughed so hard by how cute the pokemon was. Eventual it found a spot in the meadow and rested for a while.

When the ball came to a stop, Amy sat in wonder. She hadn't actually expected the thing to work. Mostly, she just expected it to get scared about the threat of being captured and run off.

Slowly, she stood and walked over to the ball. With her toe, she nudged it a few times, as if afraid it'd pop open or some kind of bug aura would seep out and poison her. When she was satisfied it was completely safe, she bent over to grab it and stuff it into her bag. She wasn't about to let it out and test how loyal it was to her. Not when it was most likely pissed beyond all reason.

The next step was to pick up Togepi. That was an easy task. Togepi was exactly where he was before the capture, balled up within his shell and not about to come out for anything. Frowning, Amy snatched the egg up and tucked it under an arm.

    "You're useful," she muttered.

With that, she turned and trudged northward, ambling towards Viridian City. She was once again in no rush, in part because she was in search of something. Togepi slowly came out of his shell after a few minutes of journeying, only to find that his trainer wasn't paying the slightest bit of attention to him. Instead, her eyes were on a red device she'd pulled from her bag, and as she walked along the path, she pointed it towards whatever pokémon she saw for a brief flash.

"Pidgey," it recited about one, "the tiny bird pokémon."

She shook her head. "Nope. Not that one."

    "Rattata, the mouse pokem—"

    "Ew. No."

    "Pidgey, the tiny bird p—"

    "No."

    "Pidgey, the tiny—"

    "We just did that."

    "Pidgey, the ti—"

"Ugh, are there, like, only pidgey flocks around here?"

    "Seedot, the acorn pokémon."

    "Finally! But n—"

Then, Amy stopped. Seedot was a grass-type. Grass-types didn't do well against poison-type attacks, and they weren't resistant to normal-types. Spinarak knew Poison Sting, and Togepi knew Present. Therefore…

She looked up to see the acorn in question lying at the base of a tree with its eyes closed. Glancing back towards the pokédex, Amy pressed a button to make it talk just a bit more.

"It hangs off branches and absorbs nutrients. When it finishes eating, its body becomes so heavy that it drops to the ground with a thump."

So, it's full, Amy thought with a grin. This should be easy, then.

She dropped her togepi to the ground and pointed to the seedot. Togepi landed on his rear with a thump and was about to burst into tears when he saw that he already had an order.

"Use Present on that Seedot," she said.

Togepi looked at his opponent. Then, he looked back at his trainer and whimpered. She put her hands on her hips.

"Go on. It's not gonna, like, claw your face off or anything. It's just gonna sit there, okay?"

The seedot opened an eye and watched its opponent come closer. Togepi crept up to it slowly, as if afraid it would leap on him and tear him to shreds. When nothing happened, he produced a glowing, white ball and placed it beside the seedot. It stirred, causing him to squeal and bolt back where it came from to hide behind Amy's legs. In the meantime, the Present went off, exploding in a tiny blast that kicked up dirt around the base of the tree.

A few seconds passed before the dust cleared. There, exactly where they left it, Amy and Togepi could see Seedot kneeling as a white glow surrounded its body. Blinking, Amy waited for some kind of move to happen, but as the silence drew on, it became increasingly evident to her that the white aura was nothing more than a fancy light show. Upon coming to that conclusion, she relaxed and pointed towards Seedot again.

    "Okay, use another Present."

Once again, Togepi slowly approached Seedot. This time, he stopped long enough to stare into the acorn's eyes, but for the life of him, he couldn't read the creature's expression. So, once again, he put down a Present and ran back to hide behind Amy's legs. The second explosion was slightly bigger than the last, kicking up a larger cloud around Seedot. When it cleared, Seedot was a few inches to the left, but it settled down again in the same kneeling, glowing position.

Amy narrowed her eyes. Something wasn't right. Still, she knew Seedot couldn't hold out forever.

"Whatever," she muttered. "Togepi, use Present one more time."

Togepi darted out once more. He was starting to feel more confident about sticking around Seedot, right to the point of even poking it before actually laying down his attack. Once again, it didn't move, not even as the explosion engulfed it and knocked it to the side.

Amy smiled and stepped forward, ready to congratulate Togepi for his first real victory. However, before she could, a white beam of light shot from where Seedot landed and rushed towards Togepi. Screaming, the egg turned to run, but instead, he was struck in the back and sent flying past Amy and into a clump of grass.

"What was that?!" Amy snapped as she turned to look at her pokémon.

"Bide," the pokédex calmly recited. "A move of the normal type. When used, the pokémon endures any attack done to it and strikes back with double the force."

Amy slapped her forehead. "Now you tell me."

There was a rustle behind her. Looking over her shoulder, she could see the seedot, battered and bruised, kneeling once again to let a white aura surround its body.

"Oh, no, you don't," she growled. "Togepi?"

Gradually, the egg managed to pull himself out of the clump of grass. His shell had a small crack at its top, and a nasty-looking bruise was forming on one of his spikes. Because of both, he simply whimpered and hid behind Amy. She responded by glaring at him and huffing.

"It's, like, your job to battle for me," she said. "Go out there and use Present! It's almost down!"

Togepi shook his head and sniffed. With a frown, Amy quickly considered her options as her hand reached into her bag. She really didn't want to call Spinarak out so early, but she really wanted to get some training done for someone.

    "Fine."

She drew out the ball and enlarged it in her hand. With a flick of her wrist, she tossed it and then stepped back to watch it open and release her spider. He sat on the ground, staring up at his new master with narrow eyes.

"Spinarak, do you see that seedot over there?"

He responded by shooting sticky string at her. She screamed and tried to dodge, with the string managing to coat her hair instead of her face. Stamping her foot, she pointed at the seedot.

"Look. Over there. That's your target!"

Turning, Spinarak eyed the acorn with contempt so intense it made the air between him and it turn sour. Gargling, he opened his mouth and shot a volley of white pins at Seedot. The acorn faltered, realizing a little too late that maybe it wasn't exactly equipped for this kind of thing, and with one Poison Sting to the face, what little health it had left after Togepi's blasts was taken out.

Then, Spinarak turned that Poison Sting on Amy. The trainer screeched, dodging as she fumbled for her ball. Togepi wailed at the sudden loss of cover before rolling to the side to avoid any attack that might have been aimed at him.

At that point, Amy had an idea.

"Togepi, Present!" she yelled, pointing at the heavily ticked spider.

This time, Togepi, who had a feeling that Poison Sting would be turned on him sometime in the near future, complied without much hesitation. While Spinarak inhaled to rest between volleys, Togepi formed one last glowing ball and chucked it at his own teammate. It connected easily and burst into a small blast that sent dirt flying. When everything settled down, there was Spinarak, lying belly up in the middle of a crater.

Frowning, Amy recalled her pokémon and examined the ball.

"Ugh. Remind me to, like, hack you a better personality when I get a chance," she muttered. "Come on, Togepi. We can't, like, hang out here all day."

With that, she turned and started heading, once again, to Viridian City.

The ball snapped shut and Julian grinned with excitement. "Your mine now you little pain." He turned and approached Breeze who was still on the ground. "Your going to be okay buddy?" He says to his weakened Pokemon. Breeze leaned up a bit and let out a strained ~Gull!~ before going limp.

"Does your Pokemon need any help?" Julian heard a voice behind him. He turned to see a young woman with brown hair holding a basket of flowers.

"He's hurt a bit but he should be okay." Julian said standing up and brushing his pants off.

"Oh, I have some berries that might help both your Pokemon if you want." She said smiling and pulling a couple of blue berries out of her basket.

"Really? And I wont owe you anything at all?" Julian asked.

"Hmm.... How about a quick battle? And I'll be sure to give you some more berries after kay?" She grinned to him as she gave him a handful of berries.

"Sounds fair enough to me!" He grinned and let both of his Pokemon out of their balls, Breeze was worse off than Bilge (Rattata) was but they both needed to recover a bit. Julian tossed Bilge and Breeze both berries and as soon as they both swallowed the berries they recovered almost immediately. "Thanks." He said to the woman in green.

"Come on, let's go!" She tossed out a Pokemon ball and out rolled an acorn-like Pokemon. "I just caught him and I want to test his abilities out!" Julian pulled out his Pokedex and aimed it at the small seed.

    Seedot

"Okay, let's go Bilge, use your Tail Whip!" Julian commanded and his Pokemon ran up to the seed and prepared to smash it with her tail.

"Harden!" The girl yelled and Bilges tail cracked as it smashed into the rock hard Pokemons shell. Bilge cried out in pain as it whipped its tail back into its usual shape.

"Let's try something else, Tackle!" Bilge began to rush at the seedot with its head lowered.

"Bide!" She said gripping her basket with both arms. The Seedot began to glow brightly but it didn't stop the power of the Tackle. Seedot fell onto its back and kept glowing.

"Come on Bilge, try using Tackle again!" Bilge began rushing at Seedot but before he could make contact the small seed let of a blast of white energy that knocked Bilge back to the ground. "What the hell was that?" Julian asked.

"Bide attack! It absorbs all the damage taken and returns it twofold, even if you knock Little Dotty out he will still take yours with him!" She grinned and Julian got an idea.

"Bilge, use Tackle and then Tail Whip!" Julian yelled to his Pokemon.

"Don't you listen? Dotty, use your Bide!" The Seedot began glowing white again and received a tackle knocking it down onto its back. Then before it could blast her it was knocked far back into the grass by Bilges tail.

"Great job girl!" Julian yelled, he had thought that the Seedot was knocked out of range... Boy was he wrong.... A giant white explosion blasted from the grass and Bilge was slammed into Julian and knocked out.

"Whoa!" She yelled. "That must have been a critical hit or something!" She grinned. "Dotty return! Go Hoppy!" She returned her unconscious seed and replaced it with another seed Pokemon, Julian took out his Pokedex again.

    Hopip

"Okay, Breeze! You can take her, let's go!" He swapped the unconscious Bilge for Breeze. "Use Water Gun!"

"Ride the wind Hoppy!" She commanded her Pokemon and it rose up high above the Water Gun.

    "Water Gun again!" Julian commanded.

"Ride the wind and then use Splash attack!" The flower girl said excitedly and her Pokemon dodged the Water Gun and then splashed through the puddles it made. She was toying with him. Julian stuck his finger in his mouth and felt the current of the wind (Old trick).

"Use Water gun!" He yelled and once again the Hopip just began to ride the wind and dodge it."Now at a 24 degree angle upward in that direction!" Julian yelled ad surpriingly his Pokemon understood perfectly! Hopip was blasted by a huge spray of water and then fell the the ground.

"Hoppy, use Synthesis!" Her trainer yelled and Hopip began absorbing sunlight.

"Stop her with a Water Gun!" Julian yelled and his Pokemon shot another spray of water from his mouth and knocked the Hopip back into her trainer unconscious.

"Wow! Good job!? How did you do that directional stuff?" She asked returning her Pokemon.

"You'd be surprised what you pick up on a boat." Julian grinned returning his Pokemon to its ball as well.

"Well that explains the funny outfit! Now what's your name?" She smiled and began fumbling through her basket.

"Call me Jules, how about you?" He grinned placing the two balls on the belt he was wearing.

"My name is Melissa, I'll be seeing you around, I have to go pick some flowers but it was nice battling you! Here you go!" She handed him a big bundle full of berries and skipped off into the meadow.

"Nice nice girl.... Terrible judge of character...." Julian smiled and placed a bunch of berries into his bag. He saved one and took a bite, "That's just really.... Gross." He said scraping it off his tongue.

    Suggested number of posts: 2-4

Here we go - your first proper city with its very own gym...which is, surprisingly, open! You can, if you wish, postpone your Gym battle until you return to Viridian for your journey to the Indigo Plateau, but the Gym Leader will have gotten stronger by then as well.
The rest of the city remains fairly sedate, though the hackers among you should probably be careful - most people living here are strongly against the idea and you could find yourselves in an awkward position

    Important Places

Pokemon Centre: A place to heal your pokemon and stay overnight, all for free!
Pokemart: Your one-stop shop for all your Pokemon training needs!
Viridian Gym: After Giovanni abandoned his gym, the league appointed an ex-member of the Hoenn Elite 4 to take over and, in doing so, created the first Dark-type Gym. In this gym, you will be facing a much older, but still very capable, Sidney! Don't worry though, he has, in his retirement, taken to using significantly less powerful Pokemon, so you might just stand a chance.

    Sidney

A master of the dark-type, Sidney might be getting on in years, but he's still a formidable opponenet. In this one-on-one match, you'll have to fight hard to beat him.

    ((Suus uses a Revive))

When Annabelle entered the city she was still pumped with energy from her first victory. Still limping, but it was an energetic limp... If something like that existed anyway. She was almost jumping up and down when she saw he gym, except that after one jump she almost stumbled, feeling the bruise on her shin throb, and she quickly stopped.

Everywhere she looked there were little notes and signs saying anti-hacking messages. Some had pro-creation messages and there were even little inconspicuous stickers everywhere saying nasty things about hacked Pokemon, even going as far as calling them abominations. There was no doubt where these people stood. Annabelle stuck her tongue out at a specific sticker on a teenager's hat saying "My natural Zubat will kick your hacked Charizard's ass." This got her several glares from passerby's. Yeah right his Zubat will kick a Charizard's ass, said Charizard only needs a hacked Thunder and mr. Natural is out, she thought. Well actually she hadn't thought it, she's said it out loud.

"You got something against naturals?!" The boy spat at her aggressively. "I bet you're one of those hackers, going against the great Arceus' creations!" Did this dude come straight out of the scripture or something? God, how people taught their children these days.

Yeah, so what? Hacking is perfectly natural, why else would the great Arceus have made it possible? This is what she would have loved to say, preferably in a challenging and slightly sarcastic way. Of course, this isn't what she said, not close. Instead she murmered an "I am" and tried to walk past but the boy blocked her way.

"Speak up, I think the whole town should know what criminal you really are. You're a freak, altering the natural formula of an organism to suit your selfish needs. A criminal against mother nature!" He spat on the ground with that last statement and it was obvious he wasn't going to step away. People were stopping to look now, some glaring at her, some spitting at the ground after the boy and some just curious to see the fight.

"Yes, I'm a hacker," Annabelle said a little louder this time. "Could I pass now?" The boy grinned maliciously at this, and a few snickers went through his backup. Other teens were now standing behind the guy, arms crossed, he got himself a possy. Annabelle was starting to feel nervous, but she knew what was coming.

"A battle, my completely natural Pokemon against your abomination. One on one, no rules, we fight until one falls unconscious." A streetfight, she got challenged to a no-rule streetfight. She wanted to back away and just go to the Center as she wanted to, but there really wasn't a choice. So she released Khione and prayed for the best.

The little Snorunt was entirely ready for the battle, or so she seemed. She looked quite pumped and glared at the boy. Speaking of which, he released his own Pokemon, which ironically appeared to be a Zubat. The thing frantically flapped its wings to stay in the air.

"Depp, use astonish," was the first command the guy issued. Zubat flew more quickly than Annabelle would have thought it could. One moment it was in front of Khione, and the other it was behind. Once there it released a dark beam that hot Khione spot on and propelled her forward. The guy laughed at this merrily. "See how nature kicks the freak's ass!" Some cheers of approval from the surrounding people.

"Khione, strike back with a double team followed by powder snow!" Annabelle called and the snorunt obeyed. Khione multiplied herself in 5 copies surrounding Zubat. The Zubat really had no idea which direction to look at, the 6 Khione's all readied themselves to fire blasts of snow at each other. But apparently mr. No Name had something for everything.

"Oh this is easy, Depp use supersonic." His arrogance annoyed Annabelle, but there wasn't anything she could do. Zubat omitted a sound that couldn't be heard by human ears, but each of the Khione's cringed and then started acted strange. The sound had confused them and they were firing snow everywhere. Thing is, no one knew which beam of powder snow was the real one. Zubat was trying to dodge each of them and stay out of the way for the random blasts, but it got hit by a few of them which each seemed to hurt it a great deal.

But Khione was the one that really got screwed over. Copy after copy disappeared by the real Khione's beams, while the real one was sending beams everywhere. People that had been surrounding the pair had backed away to make room for the snow, none of them wanted to be caught in it. There was snow on nearby bushes and houses and the ground was full of it. In the end the frenzied Snorunt ran itself into a tree and fell out of the confusion. It left her panting and weak.

"Depp, to finish this one off, use astonish coupled with a leech life after," some supportive noises came from the audience again. Annabelle called out to Khione for her to dodge this attack, but the Zubat had already moved behind Khione and issued the first attack. This astonish left Khione flinched and unable to do anything while Zubat sank its teech into the orange triangle that was the Pokemon, and visibly sucked the life out of her. Khione's panting got deeper and she looked weaker by the second while Zubat regained the energy it had lost. When Zubat broke contact Khione fell down fainted while Zubat looked like it hadn't even battled yet. Loud cheers erupted all around her.

"My name's Tjeerd, remember it for I will see you again and kick that ass of yours every time, duckling!" The guy, apparently named Tjeerd, called after her. While Annabelle recalled Khione with embarrassment she broke through the crowd, which parted for her while flinging insults. "See what nature does the the freaks you people create?!" Tjeerd called after her, and she could imagine the grin on his face. She hurried away from the scene and practically ran into the Center.

"Nurse! I'd like to get my Snorunt healed!" She told the smiling nurse after the counted, while panting from the running. The woman kindly took her fainted Pokemon while Annabelle seated herself in a corner, still feeling embarrassed from her loss. How long would it take for Tjeerd and his little gang to have told everyone in town? How long until everyone jeered at her? Until even the nurse behind the counter would refuse to heal her Pokemon? She had been planning to maybe try and update Khione a bit using the Center's computer, but that option was out now. All she could do is wait for Khi to be done soon, challenge the gym and get out of here as soon as possible.

Appearance: Tess has always been of average build, never fat, never skinny. She's 5'6 and weighs 135lbs, and she's always been happy with that. She has long dark brown hair, that always seems to curl at the ends, her golden tinted amber eyes are framed by a layer of thick lashes. Which are a nice contrast to her pale skin, that she inherited from her father.

Tessa has an ovarly-squarish face, and when she smiles dimples pop by the ends of her mouth. Her fashion has always been laid back, and she wears dark skinny crop jeans, and a long blue tank top, which is light embroided at the straps. Her supply bag is a sweet pink and white lovehearts bookbag, which hangs loosely over her shoulder.

Personality: Tessa has always had an easy, open nature. And is generally friendly to people and pokemon, although she's very shy around boys. Even though she's friendly and open, she does like her own space, and becomes impatient and aggravated when people get in her way.

She likes to spend her time in the library and her room alone, just reading or watching t.v. She never used to like pokemon battles, but recently she's found them really interesting, but her forever favourite profession is being a co-ordinater, as she finds is so beautiful.

History: Tessa Poppy Day was born on the 21st of June, in a beautiful village known as Blueberry Ridge, not far from Pallet Town. She's an only child, but instead of dwelling in loneliness, she loved having her own space. And made the best of it by writing, reading and drawing in her bedroom, she prefered it to going outside and making friends.

When she turned 10 she headed off to the nearby field to draw the scenery, she looked upon a mother Ponyta, with her foal. She talked and drew them all day, and she fell in love with Pokemon, and one day she hopes to be able to have her own and be the best co-ordinater just like her mother.

    Allegiance: Natural

Roleplay Sample: "Tess? Are you sure?" Her mother said again, about the 5th time that day, "I mean, we can wait another couple of years until you go, maybe?"
Tessa considered it, of course she would prefer to stay in Blueberry Ridge, and continue with her life. But then again if she wanted her dream to come true, she had to set off on the journey of a trainer.
"I'm sure, mum. If I don't go now it'll be too late, I have to do this." Tess replied, trying to reassure herself as well as her mother.
"If you're sure, just promise me you'll be careful." Her mum said, handing her the pink and white bookbag that was going to be so important for the next few years, "I love you.." She added, her eyes filling with tears.
Tess nodded, a lump in her throught, "I love you too.." She smiled, "I'll be fine, and I'll call often, promise."
    "Have fun, Tessa."
"I'm sure I will." She smiled wistfully.
