Some first observations I have are that you have too many evolution lines in there, and that you should use a couple Rare Candy. I'm tempted to say you don't need those Potion cards in there.

i have the same deck but with different trainers and yeah potions preety much useless when you have damege swap then royal heal.

mine's pretty much the same, but I'm running zoroark instead of cinccino. his foul play and a plus power will OHKO a reshiram or a zekrom.

Having studied this further, I'd say you need another Reuniclus and some Rare Candy. Get rid of Deerling, Sawsbuck, Pnasage, and Simisage.
