Shadow Lugia

Hey, does anyone know how to get Shadow Lugia? (Without the use of AR). I googled it & didn't get a good answer, most sound fake. I just really want to know because it looks awesome! :)

You get it through the main Storyline or Pokemon XD, when you are fighting Greevil(or pre-fight to the main one)

It needs to be purified before a person can even send it to the GBA console. So in essense it would just be a regular Lugia with the moves Psycho Boost, Feather Dance, Earthquake, Hydro Pump.

Well it has to go through GBA first, but yes it has to be purified first. Regular games do not support Shadow Pokemon, Lugia included.

But yeah, you can just use Shadow Lugia in Pokémon XD. And the whole goal of the game is actually turning it back into normal, so XD
