    Gen 2 and Gen 5 Starter's cannot legitimately have their hidden abilities, any that do are hacked in Gen 5 and Poketransfer/Pokebank will not allow them to be transferred to the current gen, and I would presume that if they were hacked using a Power Save in the current gen that the Nintendo Network would also prevent them from being traded online.
