I just calculated the IVs and they are 24/14/16/22/8/6 which is good for a non-hacked shiny pokemon

I suppose I can do that. I would have prefered slightly better IVs, but as you have nothing else, I'll trade.

They are values. If you punch your IV + nature into a PID calculator, it can tell you if the IVs are valid, If they are not, the pokemon is hacked.

I don't think you need to know EV for it. In any case, that Latias was checked by Legit.exe as well, and came up hacked, so.....
