shiny umbreon maybe up for trade?

    So this guy clones me an Umbreon, but does it twice. I checked it's IV's and its perfect, I am thinking hacked, also that people can breed for perfect Iv's. I will list the info down, and you be the judge due to stats,move sets OT and ID NO. Seeing many people can tell from OT/NO, move sets alone if legit or not. If it is legit, offer away, just no EV trained pokemon, not a fan of those only done myself.
