five. i only make themes/banners/icons and gif images. however, gif images are two spots only. sidenote: for gif images, only only only use videos from Veoh.com or some other video that has high quality. it also must be a cartoon or anime, no real life videos.

nine. absolutely! no: yu-gi-oh images, crappy anime pictures, transparent PNGs ( if you can make it with a white background, i will love you forever <3), sprites, fanart stolen off of dA (unless used permission by artist), pre-made graphics, hayao miyazaki related. do any of those, please leave and die.
ten. give credit, or i swear i will seriously hunt you and kill you.
eleven. i only take up to five requests for themes/banners/icons, gif images are two. <3
twelve. i have the rights to deny your request. if that happens, too bad.
