6th Gen Should I get X or Y

I picked x just because xerneas is a fairy type legendary. Just something new.

Not much of a difference between the 2 other than version exclusives but I went with Y because I could never pass up a Wyvern that embodies death and destruction themselves.

It doesn't make much difference. Especially with the help of the gts and wonder trade it's quite easy to get the exclusive pokemon.

I'd say pick the version that has the cover legendary you like most.

There's different Pokémon and mega-evolutions between each games, and the stories of X and Y are slightly altered as well; one of the most noticeable differences would be the final cut-scenes. I ended up getting Pokémon Y, since I personally am a bigger fan of all its exclusives. Going to get X, too, but not exactly sure when though. d:

I decided to go with Pokémon Y because I preferred how Mega Charizard Y and Mega Mewtwo Y looked to that of their X Megas and Yveltal over Xerneas

I bought both, just because. But I got Y first and beat it firat. I preffer Y overall.

Personally, I will be going with X simply because I prefer the exclusive pokemon.

I'd highly recommend comparing the exclusive pokemon for yourself via the wiki in order to see which ones you'd rather have.
