Signature question

Sorry for asking this, but I would like to know how to make this in your signature: when you place your cursor on something a "?" with a description pops out.

Remove the '*', insert the "description" text after the '=' and the actual text inbetween the ']' and '['. :3

Before anyone closes this, I'd like to point out something: [title] tags work fine, but they have an annoying dotted line under them. For signature purposes, [???] tags work the same way without the line.

Example:

[title=LAZAAAA]IMA FIRIN MA[/title] becomes IMA FIRIN MA

but

Example:

[???=LAZAAAA]IMA FIRIN MA[/???] becomes [???=LAZAAAA]IMA FIRIN MA[/???]

But, it's all a matter of personal preference. If you'd rather keep the dotted lines, that's fine. It's what I used in my sig, but either works!

It has nothing to do with it I think. Probably to reduce Server Load (To think of it, it could be right. I got no server fail today).

Wonder how that could increase server stress... It's just a script that runs on your computer not the server....?

title and ??? is essentially the same thing?
Maybe it's not obvious.
