But Roar is usually there to cause damage because of Spikes or SR, so I consider it an offensive move. And if Slowbro doesn't have something like HP Electric or Grass Knot, Gyarados can come in and set up.

Isn't that why you would switch out and Taunt Gyarados with a durable Taunter?

Name one pokemon that can switch inot gyarados and taunt faster than it can after one DD. Ninjask doesn't count since it gets OHKOed. And the point of using CalmCune with Roar especially is to not switch out and sweep everything you possibly can.

Um. What FlareBlade said. Slowbro Isn't a Sweeper. And heck, just run Slowking with Trick Room if you want that.

Slowking? Um, what? Who said anything about trick room anyways? Not to mention slowbro is way better than slowking...

Hmmm.....Slowbro then. And I really want to keep T-Wave, Slowbro is...well, slow.

It isn't really supposed to be fast. It won't be outspeeding much even with Twave, not to mention the slew of lum users and ground types.

    Toxicroak @ Choice Band/Scarf
    Nature: Jolly / Adamant
    Trait: Dry Skin / Anticipation
    EV Spread: 6 HP / 252 ATK / 252 SPD

    Cross Chop
    Poison Jab / X-Scissor
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake

I'm not familiar with the Physical Set as I usually run the Scarfed Mixed Set.

    Drapion @ Leftovers
    Nature: Impish
    Trait: Battle Armor
    EV Spread: 200 HP / 56 ATK / 252 DEF

Night Slash / Crunch / Cross Poison
Brick Break / Earthquake / Fire Fang
    Knock Off
Toxic Spikes / Screech / Roar

You were close, but a physical sweeping Toxicroak looks more like this:

Toxicroak @ [Wide Lens / Life Orb]
    Jolly / Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 ATK / 176 SPD / 80 HP
    - Stone Edge
    - X-Scissor / Poison Jab
    - Swords Dance
    - Cross Chop

    and can togekiss get Triattack?

Yes, but its very rare...you have to get it from Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. Some guy gives it to you to purify and after purification it learns in. So, its illegal with Nasty Plot (which sucks).

You have to evolve Magneton in Mt. Coronet. For Tangela to evolve into Tangrowth, it must level up while knowing the move Ancientpower, which it learns at Level 33.
