    Sp. Defense EVs are useless. Skarm still gets 2KOed by unSTABed Electric attacks no matter how much you put in. And you'll get KOed by Fighting and Rock Attacks much easier, so Skarm loses on both fronts. So max out HP and put a lot into Defense..standard stuff.

    If you're that afraid of Earthquake, use Reflect. Don't waste your time with Defense EVs. Without Speed, Raikou gets outrun by things that it should've been able to outspeed, like Flygon and Salamence...it can't even outspeed Heracross without Speed EVs, and that's just sad. And without more Sp. Attack, you'll have a harder time killing things, including Swampert who will usually survive an HP Grass.

    No Toxic. You have an Aromatherapist on your team, so take advantage of that. Too much Sp. Attack. It doesn't need more than 220ish, so move some of those into Attack. Also, most people prefer Hydro Pump as their water move. Swamperts great defenses makes up for its low accuracy.
    You're still not experienced enough with battling to create novelty EV spreads

    Four attack EVs on Skarmory is pointless; you should in vest those in Defense. Lead with Swampert or Aerodactyl.

    I skimmed over it the team it is lol. Toxic Blissey sucks (it works in Ubers) use Ice Beam or Thunder Wave.

    Go with ABs other fixes I didn't look at them but they are most likely the best.

    Also Skarmbliss has Machamp weak.

    Skarmory needn't any Atk, so those 4 EVs ain't doing much. You still definitely need to run Impish > Careful, Skarmory was built to receive physical blows, you have Blissey to take the special hits.

    Venusaur does a heckuva lot better job of this in OU. About the only up Vileplume gets over Venusaur in OU play is that it has Aromatherapy. And, you get EQ/Leech Seed use with Saur.

    Skarmbliss teams usually need a Spinner/Magneton and Gengar/Dusclops, and even then still still suck =/.

    all sub deos is slow you down. rest is more useful. I've used sub on skarm before but it hardly came in handy because it was expected and then it gave ppl a turn to switch to the appropriate counter. and when it wasnt expected id sub take a hit and theyd would switch to suicune or sumthing. in such a predicamnt you can switch but all you accomplished was cutting away 1/4 if your HP.

    sub skarm is fine but then he would have to drop spikes for toxic.

    Why would Submory need Toxic? Sub is there to block Rapid Spin and prevent Magneton from killing it, which frees up an extra spot on the team that would normally go to a Ghost type (to block Spikes) or Dugtrio (to kill Magneton). Some Submorys have both Sub and Rest since they already have another Flying sweeper on their team, so a Flying attack on Skarm would be useless.

    toxic because when they switch out to counter skarm you have your sub up, then they switch to tyraniboah. if you have a sub to take the next hit then you get off 1 attack before you have to either switch or be kicked in the face by tyranitar. if you have toxic then you made the most of that last attack, instead of using DP or something gay and innefective.

    but sub is asking for your opponent to switch in and set up, which is ussually foiled by roar but if you toxic then roar then the most that could happen is your sub fading.
