Solo Run Challenge V2

I'm going to start with a female Scyther and do this challenge i can't wait to see how fast i can do it :)
I'm using a heart gold emulator but I'm not cheating >.< lol

Ok so i will be doing this challenge on Hg and will a Chinchou/lanturn named Serene. I did the regular stuff and choose totadile for HMs and traded a chinchou egg from ss and hatched it. Its moves were buble and super sonic.I then deposited totadile in the pcbefore i leveled Serene up to level 10 and serene learned thunder wave and flail. After leveling I treked to Violet city. Serene also gained 2 levels from the trainers and wild pokemon along the way and learned water gun. After I reached Violet City I saved and went to sleep.

My current Team:
Serene
Level 12
Moves:Water Gun, Super Sonic, Thunderwave, Flail

I will update as regularly as I can.

I'd like to do this challenge with a mareep (which I will evolve into Ampharos) on my SS game.
Oh and I think I'll call him Zeus ;)

Update (although this thread is dead..):
-Named myself Percy after Percy Jackson (the books.. -cough)
-Picked totodile as a starter & named him 'Slavester'
-Did all the the normal 'go find Mr Pokemon' business, got a pokedex from the Oak man la-de-da..
-Battled my rival, named him Luke (after the villian of Percy Jackson.. Im not obsessed..), and I beat him.
-Made my way to Violet City and caught Mareep, aka Zeus, and put Totodile inside the computer for now.
-Caught a random pigdey, named her High-flier, to use for fly later, and put her in the computer for now too.
-Trained Zeus up to level 11 before going into the almighty Sprout Tower
-Battled all the baldies and seen Luke spin his way out of the building.
-Faced the big bad baldy man at the very top, and beat his team quite easily so he gave me the TM Flash.. what a great gift O_O
-Zeus then evolved into Flaafy :)

Zeus/Flaafy:

Level 15
Rash nature
Moves: Tackle / Growl / ThunderShock / Thunder Wave.

You probably could, although it should be a low level to start with.. but people just think its 'cooler' not to use legendarys on solo runs.

Anyway, update time:
-Beat Falkner really easily with Zeus' thundershock.
-Made my way to Azalea town through the union cave.
-Had a little trouble beating the hikers in there, bad times..
-Beat all the team rocket dweebs in the well, who were pimps.
-Faced all the gym trainers.
-Beat Bugsy, barely.. his scyther kept using u-turn, which really packs a punch but I held in there (using 2 super potions) and beat him in the end.
-Battled Luke just before going into the forest, which was pretty difficult since Zeus doesn't know any good normal moves to beat Bayleef with..

Zeus/Flaafy:

Level 23
Moves: Tackle / Growl / Thundershock / Thunder wave

It starts at level 5. I've never had a Jirachi to use in the games before, so this should be interesting.

Anyway, I'm going with Jirachi, level 5, in HG.

HG Solo run update:
. Got Totodile as slave
.Got to Cherrygrove city and got the map and running shoes
.Got Pokedex
.Faced rival and lost
.Named Rival Sliver.
.Caught a Pidgey and a sentent
.Traded Sentent for Dratini egg
.Egg hatched and I named her Zekrom.
Now leveling up her.

Zerkom: Level 5
Moves, wrap, thunder wave, flamethrower and thunder bolt.

HG ZEKROM UPDATE
Now in Violet City:

-Off to Spout tower where Zelrom brunt everything in site!
- At the gym Zekrom zapped her enimes into sumisson! Got roost.
-Got the egg
Now going to Azula town to get my 2nd badge.

ZEKROM/Dratini Lvel 12.

Update:
-Got cut in the woods.
-Taught headbutt to Zeus from the tubby ramming into the trees.
-Battled all the trainers up to Goldenrod
-Did the little quiz, and failed it the first time (I always get the last question wrong!)
-Battled all the gym trainers
-Fought Whitney and lost.. Clefairy was easy but Miltank really is a tank.. She kept using Stomp, and used attract so every 2 turns I was immobolized. Then everytime I got close to beating her she used milk drink.. so infuriating.

I will re-battle Whitney again soon, but right now I need to calm myself.

Zeus/Flaaffy:

Level 26
Moves: Tackle / Headbutt / Thundershock / Thunder wave.

-Got though Route 32 and Union cave, Zekrom learnt Dragon rage!
- Delt with the grunts and Proton of the Rockets
- Roasted the gym traniers.
-Faced Sliver for extra exp
Zubat: One Dragon rage
Gastly: One dragon rage
baleef: 1 dragon rage and a flamethrower, it poisoned me but shed skin got rid of it!
Faced bugsy
Scyther: Thunder waved it then dragon raged and roasted it
Metapod and Kakuna: Roasted
-Got the hive badge
-Got HM01 Cut!
Now heading to Goldenrod city!

hmm i was just thinking of doing a Ditto run. But would that be too hard? Hang on, Im going to try and get an emulator that works.

Zekrom update!
-Foght all the trainers on the way to Goldrenrod.
-Fouhgt all the trainer on the way to the national park.
-Done the bug catching comptsion to toast bugs.
-Fought the trainers on the way to Sudowodo.
-Done the quiz.

Clefairy, Easy as pie, down by drgaon rage and flamethrower, Whotely used a super potion.
Miltank- Down by 2 dragon rages! (Wow, I founght she would be harder)
-Got the plain badge and attact.

-Battled all the trainers up to the bug contest place, then the ones inside it and then the ones just before sudowoodo.

-Re-battled Whitney and beat her extremely easily this time around, unlucky Miltank.

- When to the lighthouse and destory everyone! I almost ran out of PP!!
Now off to the Cainwood city, I won't contine till Zekrom is level 40.

UPDATE:

Started HG. Visited Professor Elm, who very kindly gave me a Chikorita. Oh well, I'll just use it until I find something better. ;)
Made it to Oldale, got the Running Shoes from a creepy old man, and headed north. Got Apricorn Case and made it to the oddly named Mr. Pokemon's house. Prof. Oak gave me the Pokedex, and Elm called me, babbling incoherently. After he had finished rambling, I went back to Oldale and saved. Then, I used my magical powers of Mystery Gift to summon a Jirachi to the Poke Mart next door!
I stopped there for now, it's late and I have to get to bed.

Jirachi Update:
Stopped in at the Poke Mart to buy myself a free Jirachi. Deposited Chikorita. Then, I headed back to New Bark Town, and ran into an annoying jerk with red hair. He had a Cyndaquil, which died easily but will make things more difficult later on due to its type advantage against me. When I got back, Elm asked me what the boy's name was, I told him "Pingas." XD
Continuing on, I returned to Oldale and went north. Jirachi made short work of the trainers along the way, and I picked a few Apricorns as well. When I reached Violet, I got a Vs. Seeker from Lyra (which I'll probably never use) and I entered Sprout Tower after healing Jirachi. Since it knew Confusion, I figured that the Bellsprouts would be a piece of cake...WRONG! I was shocked when I realized that since Jirachi was an event Pokemon, it counts as a traded Pokemon and doesn't like to obey a guy with no Badges. I actually had to use a Potion at one point because of all the loafing around and using Helping Hand it was doing. Regardless, I made it to the top and defeated the Elder, learning Swift as a result. Next up was Falkner!

FALKNER
I knew I had a tough fight on my hands when the very first thing that happened was Jirachi deciding to use Wish two times in a row instead of Confusion. Eventually, I defeated Pidgey (luckily I took little damage thanks to my Steel type) and next up was Pidgeotto. Jirachi liked using Swift instead of Confusion this time around, and the big bird kept Roosting and stalling me out. I actually had less than 5 PP remaining on Swift by the time it was finally KO'ed. Nonetheless, I had finally earned the Zephyrbadge, which ensured Jirachi's cooperation...at least until Level 20. Onward to Azalea!

-battled the trainers there.
-Passed the Dragon Test.
-Got the rising badge
-Got the master ball

Zekrom/Dragonair Level 53

Update time:
-Sprayed some water on sudowoodo, which it didnt like so much.
-Decided to just run from it, being a rock type, I couldnt be bothered with the hassle.
-Got to Ecruteak city, healed up and went to the burned tower to fetch Morty.
-Battled rival Luke in the burned tower, who was much easier than he was previously.
-Saw the 3 legendary dogs..
-Went to the gym and battled all the old folks and then faced Morty.
-He was surpisingly easy to beat, just used a few thunderpunches and voila I got the badge.
-Went into the Komodo place and beat the team rocket guy, who had a level 12 YES LEVEL 12 pokemon. So I think you know the end result of that match.
-Got HM surf, which I taught to Slavester.
-Walked along Routes 38 & 39, and beat all the trainers.
-Got to Olivine city, healed up and headed for the lighthouse.
-Battled all the lighthouse trainers, easy peasy.
-Talked to Jasmine, who was pretty rude in my opinion.
-I set off for the seas to get the Secretpotion of her Ampharos, the poor guy :(
-Used Slavester to surf down route 40 & 41 and battled all the surf addicts.
-Got to Cianwood city, and battled the guy who is stalking Suicine (Cant remember his name)
-Battled all the Cianwood gym trainers/ kung-fu freaks.
-Put a stop to Chuck's cold shower
-Battled him and 1HKO'd his two pokemon with Discharge & earned the Storm badge, good times.

-A woman who likes to linger outside of the cianwood gym kindly gave me HM fly, which I taught to High-flier
-Flew back to Olivine and gave the secretpotion to Jasmine
-"Amphy" restored the lighthouse, yipee!
-Flew back to Cianwood to battle all the trainers before the safari zone.
-Once I beat them all I flew back to Olivine to face Jasmine (btw just thought I'd mention how cheap and nasty the Olivine gym looks.)
-Battled Jasmine, beat her two magnimites quite easily, although they confused & paralysed me. Steelix was a bit of a challenge because I had no good moves against it plus Zeus being paralysed didnt help but I beat it in the end.
