I found it harder purely becuase of the Pokemon team I had this time round, I started to realise I was catching the same Pokemon and decided to make some changes to my team to make it different from my Diamond playthrough, which made it harder.

I'm not sure if its just me, but despite the team change, Cynthia felt alot harder this time around.

Cynthia was a bit hard from what I have seen so far. Mainly, I think it's because they made her pokemon more higher levels. If you look at her Garchomp it's much stronger from the last time. If I do recall, it is LV. 69. Though I wasn't really suprised that the game pokemon levels are a bit stronger because the Battle Frontier was added in, and that makes you train a lot higher than usual. So of course, they probably leveled up the pokemon to make it easier for you to train for the Battle Frontier. I could be wrong though, but it makes sense if that's why the pokemon are higher leveled.
