ariel ace over HP [flying] because HP [flying] lowers speed by one and other Ninjasks can kill you. (This happened to me yesterday) But thats assuming u don't wanna be killed by other starter ninjasks

It's just Ninjask passing speed and attack to another Pokemon. Just like JaskWak, except Camerupt can OKO Skarmory and has nothing to fear from Weezing.

You shouldn't try to attack another Ninjask anyways. Even if you're at max speed, you only have a 50% chance of going first. Might as well switch to a phazer.
