Spiderman VS The Hulk. Who would win?

I could pwn both of them, but that aside- it depends on where they are at.

Spiderman would have the advantage in the city or mountain areas, but the Hulk would pwn in the sea or desert- where Spiderman's webs would be useless.

=P In a desert, Spidey has a nice advantage, too. He can flip higher. o.o;;; Since there is a lot of space to fill. >_>;;;; Besides that, Spidey would prolly jump on Hulky's back (Note that Hulk is strangely to big to reach his back...) and hit him on the head with a strong punch. o.o; *POK! Assuming that the Hulk can float... hmm... Spidey's webs would be useless because he wouldn't be able to shoot them(well). Because there is nothing for his webs to attach to out in the sea, he loses aerial abilities. If Spidey decides to dive underwater, there is no guarrentee that his webs will have any effect at all.

In the dessert, Spidey's webs wouldn't be able to attach to anything either, meaning no aerial abilities again. Also, in the movie 'Hulk', the Hulk was able to do incredibly high jumps(well into the stratosphere :P), so Spidey's flips are rendered useless.

The only way Hulk could get Spidey is if Spidey fell asleep.
Honestly, in the comics, Hulk does grab Spidey's head and shake him around a bit,
but the jolly green giant isn't particularly known for his brain. Whereas Spidey has both. So, yeah, Spidey would win.
