[Other] Sprite positioning GBA

So, Advance Sprite Position Editor looks neat, but it won't run on my computer at all. It doesn't even load. All I get is a "ASPE stopped working" message. Anyone know what might be wrong and how I can fix it or possibly a different way to edit sprite position?

I don't know about your issue, but the G3HS tool by karatekid552 supports editing the position of Pokémon.
