Imagine the color green is ghostly blue, anything close to "ghostliness".

Abcyss a.k.a the Abysmal Pokemon(legendary)

Type: Ghost-Steel

Description: It is said to only appear after a great battle. The "shell" is composed of metal from the war machines, which covers it's highly unstable ethereal body. If ever it's shell does explode, it's body will find a new one, thus making it "immortal".

Ability: Instability-explodes upon contact to Fire(high heat).

Moves:

--- Shadow Punch

--- Memento

--- Nightmare

--- Curse

Lv. 6 Shadow Sneak

Lv. 17 Metal Burst

Lv. 25 Iron Head

Lv. 38 Confuse Ray

Lv. 45 Flash Cannon

Lv. 56 Iron Defense/Amnesia

Lv. 63 Hammer Arm

Lv. 88 Shadow Wrecker(Highly devastating move, but sharply lowers attack; 140 power, 5 PP, 90 Acc)

These stats are REALLY UBER...
Just beware of UBER special attackers like Kyogre & Mewtwo, & Abcyss is THE slowest UBER tier pokemon, most likely the slowest overall. & because of it's ability, it won't survive fire attacks... thankfully, it is VERY likely to bring them with it, & I doubt that any pokemon has a better psyical attack/defense combo.

A super-tank set eh? Much more better than Slaking or so. And Fire-types or fire attackers will have to face a dilemna: KO by attacking Abcyss or KO by Abcyss attacking. Speaking of which, it can learn all TMs and HMs except: Fire and Water types, Dragon Claw and Pulse, Explosion, Bullet Seed, Attract and Captivate and Iron Tail.

^Not all pokemon looks like a pokemon. To me Rotom doesn't look like one.

i once got slaped by jon (it wuz an accident tho) by the spike... but it ddnt make 2 big of a hole (just about 1...2 cm deep) it kinda hurt but i wuz unphased tho
