Okay so I'm somewhat new to competitive (not a total beginner but learning) and I've been playing around with this team I thought up. It's a trick room team based mostly around Aggron's ridiculous no-recoil Head Smash and Banette as a suicide lead. Reuniclus is to offset Aggron, Salamence is a mixmence meant for late game sweeps w/out trick room and Honchkrow is a mixed that could be used in or out of trickroom. Any suggestions on movesets/strategies and a final team member? Thanks in advance

    Banette @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Insomnia
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
    Brave Nature
    IVs: 0 HP / 0 Def / 0 SDef / 0 Spd
    - Trick Room
    - Destiny Bond
    - Shadow Claw
    - Taunt
    Aggron @ Choice Band
    Ability: Rock Head
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def
    Brave Nature
    IVs: 0 Spd
    - Head Smash
    - Heavy Slam
    - Earthquake
    - Fire Punch
    Reuniclus @ Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard
    EVs: 192 HP / 64 Def / 252 SAtk
    Quiet Nature
    IVs: 0 Spd
    - Trick Room
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Shadow Ball
    Salamence @ Life Orb
    Ability: Moxie
    EVs: 64 Atk / 192 SAtk / 252 Spd
    - Outrage
    - Draco Meteor
    - Aqua Tail
    - Fire Blast
    Honchkrow @ Life Orb
    Ability: Moxie
    Shiny: Yes
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
    Quiet Nature
    - Brave Bird
    - Sucker Punch
    - Heat Wave
    - Roost

NOTE: I have no mega by choice, I would prefer not to add one but will consider the reason/strategy is good enough

Choice Band Aggron is nice and all, but it has an awful lot of weaknesses (and those 4x weaknesses to common Fighting and Ground attacks really suck). So It'd be better to use Mega Aggron, who's less weak to stuff because of its insane Defense, mono-Steel typing, and Filter. You may also wanna run it as a defensive poke.

    -Mega Aggron w/Aggronite
    Nature: Adamant/Brave
    Ability: Filter
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 HP
Moves: Earthquake, Curse, Iron Head, Stone Edge
    The offensive set

    or

    -Mega Aggron w/Aggronite
    Nature: Impish
    Ability: Filter
    EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Iron Head, Thunder Wave/Toxic, Roar, Stealth Rock
    The defensive set.

For you last member, a few good options are Conkeldurr, Tyranitar, Rampardos, etc. They're all slow, but powerful, and would benefit from Trick Room. Or you could go with Platinum's suggestions for the last slot cuz those are probably better for your team than the ones I suggested, except maybe Conkeldurr.

Hate to break it to you, but Banette and Aggron are only good in their Mega forms. Their regular forms don't even cut it in OU, because of the former's frailty and the latter's widespread weaknesses. I'd take both of them out. A replacement for Banette is Aegislash, who can use mixed sets quite efficiently:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Iron Head/Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword/Shadow Sneak
    -King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword
    -Iron Head/King's Shield
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 SAtk/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -King's Shield/Shadow Claw
    -Shadow Sneak
    -Sacred Sword
    Nature: Adamant/Brave
    EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Salamence doesn't see a lot of use in OU nowadays, because of all those Fairies running around. Goodra makes a fine replacement, as it sometimes uses -Speed natures; it also has Sludge Bomb to deal with Fairies:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Tail/Power Whip
    Nature: Modest/Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SAtk
    Item: Choice Specs/Leftovers/Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Honchkrow isn't that good in OU, tbh, because of its Stealth Rock weakness, as well as weakness to BoltBeam. Something that can function in and out of Trick Room is Azumarill:
    -Waterfall
    -Play Rough
    -Superpower
    -Aqua Jet
    Nature: Adamant/Brave
    EVs: 212 HP/252 Atk/44 Spe or 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Item: Choice Band/Mystic Water/Splash Plate
    Ability: Huge Power

    or
    -Belly Drum
    -Aqua Jet
    -Play Rough
    -Waterfall/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry
    Ability: Huge Power

Crawdaunt isn't that fast either, but it can hit hard:
    -Crab Hammer
    -Knock Off
    -Aqua Jet
    -Crunch
    Nature: Brave
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Adaptability

Another Dark resist to include is Bisharp, as Trick Room users tend to be weak to Dark moves (like Reuniclus):
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Swords Dance/Substitute
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 124 HP/252 Atk/132 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Dread Plate/Black Glasses
    Ability: Defiant

Edit @Zekrom: Mega Aggron is best played defensively:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    -Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

I know. I did give him a defensive set. With yours, that gives him 3 possible defensive sets to choose from. I gave him and offensive set too because he kinda seemed like he wanted to use Aggron offensively. It is a Trick Room team, so offensive Mega Aggron might work in this case; it does have fairly good offensive capability.

I appreciate all your responses, I may have chosen a bad place to come for help as I can be very finicky when it comes to stuff like this. As I probably should have mentioned in the beginning, I've had fun making and after testing it found that it was very fun to play with, and I'm not really looking to change much from what I have. I know it's far from a perfect team and won't win a ton in this new meta-game but I plan on trying to use it as is. So while the previous responses are much appreciated, if anyone has suggestions for a 6th team member that works with whats already here or any tweaks to the movesets, it would love to hear them
