shiny Bisharpe- 5 ivs Adamant
shiny floatezel- the ivs are unknown but I can check them for you ( don't have my ds in front of me at the moment).
- shiny Milotic- 2 ivs and 29+ in the other relvalent ivs, has a bold nature and marvel scale
Shiny rotom-w- with 5 ivs and bold
Shiny sylveon- with 5 ivs
I also have some other non shiny competitve legendary pokemon you may be interested in:
Azelf with a timid nature and iv spread of 7/28/26/31/31/31
Diancie with an impish nature
iv spread of 18/0/12/31/31/31- not the best spread but it works well as a wall
