    Switch In
    OU Attack Absorb Team

    Building the team

First off I wanted to use a Ninetales, which starts off the trend of the team.
It's ability Flash Fire, and access to Hypnosis, makes it the base for the team.

    -

Next I thought, I need someone to abosorb the water weeakness.
Vaporeon came straight to mind, with the ability to support the team with wish.

    -

]Next I needed a Switch In to cover Vaporeon's Electric weakness.
Lanturn was the end result, it is the cleric, absorbs Electric attacks, and spreds Thunder Wave through teams.

    -

Now there is a large Ground weakness to the team.
Gliscor was the solution, it can Taunt, heal, and takes both Electric and Ground attacks.

    -

Now that the defences are covered I needed a Sp.Sweeper, to back the team up.
Heatran came up, and can Absorb Fire attacks, plus bait water attacks for Vaporeon.

    -

Finally a nice bulky Physical Sweeper to cap off the team.
Gyrados slots in here, and is fantastis Electric Bait

    -

I have now switched Heatran for Starmie, this may give me a larger electic
weakness, but it changes the dynamic, and allows me to Spin the entry hazards.

    -

    Now onto the sets

    Ninetales (F) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Flash Fire
    EVs: 6 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Energy Ball
    - Hypnosis
    - Flamethrower
    - Will-o-wisp

I paticularly like this lead set, Choice Scarf gives it a speed of 492,
combined with access to Hypnosis and Will-o-wisp it counters many of
    the standard leads.

    ---

    Vaporeon (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb
    EVs: 200 HP/58 SAtk/252 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Hidden Power [Ground]
    - Wish
    - Surf
    - Toxic

Wish for support, Surf for STAB, Hidden Power [Ground] for Empoleon
    and other steels, specifically Magnezone.

    ---

    Lanturn (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 200 HP/200 Def/50 SAtk/60 SDef
    Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Attract
    - Thunder Wave
    - Ice Beam
    - Heal Bell

This Lanturn is rather annoying, switches in on Thunderbolt, Hidden
Power [Electric], ect, Attracts to force switches, Thunder Wave the switch in.
Heal Bell allows it to cleric rather well.

    ---

    Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Veil
    EVs: 200 HP/110 Atk/200 Def
    Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Taunt
    - Roost
    - Ice Fang
    - Earthquake

Gliscor, this is here to prevent set ups, and take the physical hits.
Earthquake for STAB, Ice Fang for other grounds, Roost for healing.

    ---

    Starmie @ Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure
    EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Ice Beam
    - Thunderbolt
    - Rapid Spin
    - Psychic

I brought this in as entry hazards ripped the team apart.
I chose psychic over surf for the Sp.Def drop and to prevent
    Lanturn walling.
    ---

    Gyarados (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: 100 HP/100 Atk/100 Def/210 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Return
    - Waterfall

Standard Dragon Dance Gyrados, Return + Waterfall + Earthquake
equals absolute coverage, baring Magnet Rise Passed Empoleon.

    ---

    Ex-team member
    Heatran (M) @ Expert Belt

    Ability: Flash Fire

    EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk

    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Dragon Pulse

    - Flamethrower

    - Earth Power

    - Hidden Power [Ice]

Nice coverage, Flamethrower for STAB, Hidden Power [Ice] for Grounds,

Earth Power for coverage, and Dragon Pulse for Latias, ect.

Well this is the first time I'm giving advice so I don't know if it's going to come out right xD

For Vaporeon I would change the HP from Ground to Electric, just because you already have Lanturn and Gliscor, plus it's another move agaisnt waters, if you dropped Energy Ball.

As for the rest i dunno maybe change the EV spread of Gyarados if you really wanted the sandard (even the bulky one).

sub seed celebi is extremely annoying and can come in on elec attacks extremely well
anyways you don't want to be weak to tank zapdos, your pokemon can't really do anything to it and it can hit them all almost supereffectivly with this set
    hp ice
    t bolt
    roost
    heatwave / roar
    just something to consider

If i'm correct, Lanturn can switchin and take care of pretty well with Ice Beam and TWave.

Also if Lanturn has TWaved, it can switch out with ease, as the opponent can't risk healing Lanturn, so that gives Starmie, Gyrados, Vaporeon and Ninetales a safe switch.

Well celebi could be an option to come in for Lanturn, but blissey could do the same as lanturn (cleric and all) while boasting a very high HP and capable of walling zapdos, also carries T-Wave.

    Blissey set:

    252 Hp/253 Def/4 Spd
    Bold Nature
    Natural Cure
    - T-Wave
    - Aromatherapy
    - Softboiled
    - Seismic Toss

Lanturn is a sold member of the team and i'd be reluctant too lose it, as it has the switchin for Vaporeon, Starmie and Gyrados. Leaving only Gliscor to cover the Electic weakness.
