Next update!

I caught myself a Wingull, grinded it up and challenged the rock gym! I easily won, with Wingulls Water gun and a few Bites from Poochyena. Then I helped the old man to get back Peeko, was not challenge at all. I recheived my Pokenav and continued my adventure to Dewford town. I brought Steven the letter and I challenged the fighting gym! Wingull soloed all trainers AND the gym leader. I took the boat the Slateport city, earned some exp on the beach and went to catch myself an Oddish :D Now grinding up oddish.

So haven't got much done, but here we go

Started on Ruby version, named myself Jesus because a lord and savior was born this holiday (not really that's some pagan shenanigans but w/e)

Anyway got a Torchic since all starters are on the table

I named it Fish, because

in the Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer animated special there was a bird fish
he was a misfit toy

I got the stupid Seedot because I don't like Nuzleaf and all that stuff. They are ugly and gross. So it's an unwanted present. I named it Keurig cause last year for X-mas while my sister got awesome presents I got a stupid Keurig coffee maker that I didn't want

So we beat the first gym yada yada yada

and so my journey continues

Ahh been somewhat busy with other things recently, but finally got round to clearing this today!

Final Update!
Okay first off, Abomasnow SUCKS. I don't know if it's because I happened to get a bad IV'd one, but it has a neutral nature so I'm sure it shouldn't be THIS bad! Anyhow, I cleared Victory Road and gained a couple levels in the process then finally managed to get through it after getting lost twice (I HATE THAT PLACE!). It was pretty easy fighting off everything in Victory Road, but navigation was difficult to say the least. Once I got to the league, I stocked up on loadsss of heals etc and then rushed in! BUT WAIT, WHAT'S THIS? Hi Barry! Basically I kicked Barry's butt soooo hard due to being completely over leveled, so then I healed up and went in to the league! Aron was exceedingly easy due to Infernape, he pretty much swept the whole team with a lil' help from Zangoose. Bertha was even easier, Carnivine (whom turned out to be surprisingly good throughout the game btw!) and Floatzel beat her into the ground hard (Abomasnow died against her btw. A Grass and Ice type died against Bertha. Just saying yo.)! Flint was a tiny bit harder due to only having a somewhat weak Floatzel to fight him effectively, but he went down without too much trouble (ABOMASNOW WHY YOU NO HELP SO FAR!). Lucian was then pretty easy due to Drifblim, he managed to take down the whole team bar Bronzong whom had to be taken out by Zangoose. Then came Cynthia, ohhh I love you Cynthia. This was finally Abomasnow's time to shine! It actually managed to knock out her strongest Pokemon! (Just ignore the x4 effectiveness from Ice and it sounds more impressive k.) Then the rest of her team was easily taken down with a whole team effort, mainly due to Drifblim. <333 Then basically I partied whilst the credits rolled and finished! Hooray!

Nice to have finally finished, time to go round me up some nubby legendaries to use as trade bait! I was especially pleased to use Carnivine and Zangoose throughout this challenge as they turned out surprisingly good, however Abomasnow ruined this by being a HUGE disappointment! The other three were just as I expected they'd be, so all in all this was a rather enjoyable challenge indeed! AOC signing off~

Again, future sight/fly is a wonderful combination and should never be underestimated.
Anyway, progressing along we got a call, then proceeded to beat up more Team Rocket members. Then met that guy who took the cyndaquil again... and beat him again. You'd think he'd get the message eventually. He seems to have STARTED, and it only took him HOW LONG?
Tore through the TR members, then set TError on their leader for a bit of payback.
After that, we found Ice Cave, shoved some boulders around, spent entirely too long looking for a female swinub that used endure, then set to training the girl up to the same level as the others. Give her a nevermeltice
She evolved and leveled, took out every person in the Blackthorn gym except Claire... then we realised that she has a kingdra, it is rather fast, has surf, and Matrondi has relatively bad SPDef and is weak to water, and also her only ice attack isn't very strong. Preperation is needed.
Icy wind takes the place of powdersnow for increased damage. More training. Strength replaces fury attack for power and accuracy. Kingdra is still much higher in speed- Matrondi is slower than all the others in the team by a long way. Give Roy pink bow, give quick claw to Matrondi to replace nevermeltice.
Dragonairs? No problem. Kingdra? HOLY... How did she manage to crit each and every strength launched at the kingdra? How did the quick claw manage to get her first attack EVERY TIME? HOW? Great scot.
She won. Somehow... SOMEHOW she won.

My 2nd update, it's a pretty long one, 3 badges.

After searching all day for an Oddish I realized they are nocturnal -_- Coming back at night I caught one straight away, naming her Jingle. Grinding commences but she was quite strong and caught up easily. In Goldenrod City I obtained a radio card and talked to a few people in the town. Then I decided it was time for my third badge.

Whitney

Jingle absorbed 1/3 of Clefairy's health and she used Encore. I was gonna use absorb anyway. After Whitney's potion and a few attacks from both sides Jingle was victorious. Now for the hard part, Miltank. I sent out Angel and used yawn and charm to weaken Miltank and just before Angel fainted I switched her with Rudolph. With the weakened attack Rudolph survived enough Rollouts to obtain the Plain Badge.

I headed off the Eutcreak City but blocking the way was a dancing tree. After sprinkling him with water I caught Mistletoe the Sudowoodo. Trained a bit and Angel evoled into Togetic. I then went to the burned tower and after releasing the dogs and beating Silver I fought Morty the gym leader.

Morty

VS

Mistletoe used rock throw on his gastly and tweo fo them fainted him. Morty sent out Gengar and I repsonded with Angel. The poison typing didnt help Gengar with Extrasensory being super effective and his attacks not effecting Angel. Angel swept through all the remaining ghosts, winning me the Fog Badge.

While training on the way to Olivine Jingle evolved into a Gloom. In Olivine Jasmine informed me that we cannot battle until Amphy is healed. Off to Cianwood for some medicine. But first I backtracked to Goldenrod City and caught Scrooge the Psyduck.
Training on the seas I arrived in Cianwood and collected the medicine. But there's a gym leader here, I might as well battle him.

Rudolph was headbutting while Primape Double Teamed. Chuck used a potion and tried Focus Punching but Headbutt didnt miss. But one hit away from fainting Focus Punch hit and Rudolph fainted. Angle finished with an Extrasensory. Jingle mega drained Poliwrath and soon I had the Storm Badge.
